Royal Rasoi

Awesome test,,neat and clean staffs are very polite and good service.You will get everything what you want to have in non veg and veg delicious test..love it

We visited the Royal Rasoi restaurant in a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor with no elevator access. It was a rainy evening and no one else was at the restaurant when we went up. The staff at the entrance was polite but the rest of the staff was just hanging around at the back of the restaurant and was busy with among themselves. The restroom is very cramped, smelly and wet and is located right next to the kitchen. The towel at hand wash station was super dirty and was stinking. there were big flies all around the restaurant. The ambiance is very loud. The seating is also not very comfortable for kids. We ordered veg food, masala papad had little masala on top of it, the starters were ok , soya malai tikka was a bit too sweet, paneer tikka was ok. In main course the mushroom in tomato gravy was very sour, dal was ok, shahi paneer was too sweet, almost like cream and sugar with elaichi in it. Staff is insensitive towards guests, there was a power outage , and the power back up was started but AC won't run on power back up and there is no ceiling fan, the wall fans do not have proper circulation. And on top of that some staff decided to keep on checking switches while we were eating leading to frequent lights on and off. I had to request them to stop doing that until we finished eating. not recommended.

Nice place to eat and relax. Taste wise food is good but it is little expensive.

Ac not cooling the environment at even 16degC (very bad). Food was so spicy after telling no spicy food. The fan got flew all the tissues at least 5-6 times even one bottle of water flew at us.

Ordered biryani its smelly and felt like cooked many days before just served after microwave. Complaint but they have their own theory. Don't visit if u want fresh foods.

Very nice place for party, nice atmosphere with best taste for all.

Best service unique ambience best food

Atmosphere is good and cozy. However, I would not recommend the restaurant as food tastes below average. Blue lagoon had salt added and tasted like lemon soda . Veg pulav had low quality rice with no taste at all . Chiken handi biryani was good . Chicken bhuna costed us Rs 580 which i feel is highly over rated.
