Worst service and food, We ordered paneer masala dosa and confirmed 2 times to the server but they severed us butter dosa and when we asked them to change it they said they just add paneer on this and give you so you eat this and we will not replace this butter dosa, if you need paneer dosa then you have to order separate one. Anyway I spoke to the manager and asked is this customer's mistake or your staff's, they finally agreed to replace and took almost 25 mins to prepare new dosa, and it was very small as compared to the masala dosa and everything was tasteless and sambar tested like stale. Very rude staff and worst service. They are advising 100 rs thali outside the restaurant and inside the rate is 399 rs. The advertised price is just to attract customers. Be aware of this. I will never suggest anyone or go to this restaurant.
The food was tasty, the staff was friendly, the seating chair is not comfortable when you are charging the food rates high and complimentary salad should be given
Sukhsagar Restaurant's thali is a must-try! The crispy sabudana and aaloo pakoras were the best starters. The corn bajra circle roti was a unique, rustic delight, pairing beautifully with the curries. Fresh, soulful, and satisfying--this thali is a winner. Highly recommended in Raipur.
Terrible Experience at Sukh Sagar My experience at Sukh Sagar was a disaster! The South Indian food was subpar, and the service was atrocious. The staff seemed completely uninterested in attending to customers. Overall, I would not recommend Sukh Sagar to anyone. The restaurant needs significant improvement in food quality, service, and overall ambiance. 1/5 stars.
Had a worst experience very bad behaviour by staff no proper management....
Person sitting at billing counter is soo rude .. I ordered one executive thali worth 295/- i only asked please give me onion instead of kachumber salad he was denying very rudely as i have asked extra .. i asked him take extra charge then also he denied very bad experience rest of the staff were co operating to give me .. also i have reduced 2 chapatis and one vegetable at no cost because I don't have that much diet ..why to waste when u cant eat.. such a bad behaviour with customer.. i have complaint only on billing young person rest of the ladies staff were good
