Service is good, staff is wonderful. Chef to improve or re considered. Great view

Recently I gone their for a farewell party , actually we love drinks and snacks but Lil disappointed by their services and snacks, it's a veg hotel and the taste is also Lil low need more improvement. Thnx

One of the worst experience we had with them, wrong commitments made and the denied it later, waited 30minutes only for someone to take our luggage, we had booked their hall for meeting at 6pm, our guests arrived and they were still busy in making sitting arrangement till 7pm, Guests waited for 1 hour for snacks to start, they committed to start it by 6pm but started after 7pm, also they increase plates if dont watch them properly, will never come again, and recommend not to try this, They claim it to be 3star hotel , but beleive me they dont deserve even 1star, NEVER VISITING HERE AGAIN.

Food taste was awesome Cleanliness level 1 out of 5 Spoons were dirty. Table cloth was dirty. Staff was not good, were not wearing mask until I asked them.to wear. Replied rudely. Good thing were the view of the hotel, and food of the hotel.
