A very nice temple of Devi Patal Bhairavi and more Avatar of Mahakali at ground floor and Mahakal at first floor with dwadash Shivalinga. Temple built like a huge shivling can be seen within Rajnandgaon from highway and specially from its overbridges
It's an old temple which is nicely maintained. Loved the place and the atmosphere. There were a group of people who were so much involved in the bhajan and kirtan that the entire atmosphere was lively.
maa paatal bhairvi temple is ancient temple of rajnandgaon It is said that at the time of excavation, the idol of Kali Mata was found from here, hence the name of the temple was named Pata Bhairavi.
