Hotel Royal Garden

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at their restaurant, and it truly was the worst experience ever. We eagerly ordered the sizzler, only to wait an entire hour for our food. When the waiter finally approached our table, we were informed that the sizzler could not be made. Confused, we asked for a reason, but there was no proper explanation provided. What made matters worse was that no one even bothered to come and take another order or check on us during our wait. It felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional. After enduring such poor service, we felt compelled to leave without enjoying a proper meal, only having paid for the soup they served us. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I hope others can avoid.

Rooms were ok and not upto the price. Service was poor. Asked for AC remote but in my whole stay not received. Had asked for drinking water bottle but recieved after 2 hrs of continuous follow up

Stayed in this resort for 2 days, nice place to stay with family. Very clean rooms. Ambiance and Pool is also very nice and clean. Just need to improve breakfast service little bit more. Other things very nice.

As of 20:34 on 25/3 I am sitting in this lounge writing this review. I will edit based on the experience I get. As of now: 1. Food: tasty and well portioned 2. Service: very lousy. I've been asking for a waiter for the last 5 minutes.

There is good food and good staf member and good service and there is bar countner Deepak Yadav gave a best service to as I will very happy form prince garden service In daman prince garden is the best hotel plzz vist to my all friend

Food is good, all dish were nice. But kids play area is very hot,

Quiet and silent place. You will love it as so much spacious parking and restaurant and food is very good. But The room is cozy, and as per the hotel name, it's not as par that. Rent should be 1500 as per room conditions.

Food quality is low. I have visited the place few days back order 4-5 items and only 1 item was good otherwise everything was average. Not expected from RG
