Hotel Carnival Diu - A Pure Veg. Family Hotel

Total Disaster- Stay Away from Hotel Carnival||First of all there was a whole family and lots of staff to check in making it mockery. Reservation was for 2 nights had to leave next day due to bad service, no hot water in the room during winter. Owner promised to refund the amount but did not. they are fraud. Owner was rude too. he wanted to compensate his commission from make my trip. Online it said breakfast is included in the rate but reaching at the front desk they denied. Rooms were stinking, mattress were hard like rock cant sleep. People in other room were making loud noice and front desk did not do anything. We found dead cockroach in the washroom and live cockroaches in the cabinet. ||I would have given 0 rating if possible.

We went for the dinner, & food was extremely good & service & staff behaviour is also really good! Next time whenever we'll plan for Diu definitely we'll book this hotel for stay & food is excellent without no doubt! Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at carnival diu and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, making my stay uncomfortable. The rooms were poorly maintained, with dirty bedding and old, broken furniture. The food quality was terrible, far below expectations. Overall, the amenities did not match what was promised. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Poor Service and Facilities Very poor service experience. The counter staff was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. There was no generator on the premises, and power cuts happened frequently, making the stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a deluxe room for 3 members but I was shocked to see the room, it was super small to accommodate 3 adults, as we put extra bed there is literally to space to walk. Certainly, NOT worth the price I paid for this hotel. Because of courteous Staff behaviours 2 stars justifies.

It's amazing experience staying at Hotel Carnival. Firstly hotel staff is really cooperative & food is also good.Along with that rooms are very hygienic & view is also fine. Only one feedback I need to provide is that try to keep Check-In time little early. Overall the experience was really fine & worth.

Beware of Dishonest Pricing! We inquired about rates at Hotel Carnival Div via WhatsApp and were given a price. Just 2-3 days later, when confirming our booking, the rate suddenly increased. This bait-and-switch tactic is unprofessional and misleading. If they can't honor their own quotes, how can they be trusted? Stay away!

Never ever book this hotel.The location is nice but rooms were not at all clean and service is not good at all. The one who is handling the hotel is not at all humble and was very rude.
