Service in comparison with the huge table boys is poor. Accomodation is good. Menu card does not seem to be there. Very noisy.
Bar And restorent both are here. Can get different vearity of beer and whisky scotch rum
Absolutely ridiculous, rude and egoistic staff. I was asking for my GST bill but the guy sitting at bar counter was not giving it and was charging more than what was mentioned in menu. He threatened me to give money and was doing his so called Dadagiri. The food is trash and the staff is useless just trying to steal the owner's money.
Table boys were like 3rd class. Waiters treatment was very poor and waiters don't respect to customers while taking order. Even dont have sense how to talk. Hotel management need to look for their waiters behaviour otherwise it will be effect at there goodwill
Service is too poor because when you ordered it will be taken 30 to 40 min for served. But the food quality is better. Payment option are only pos and cash. Their is no UPI payment option. Restaurant' have to improvement of multiple payment options. Because of these Customer are free to pay bill with any method. Their are not available of all types of liquors.
No one take order no service proper if you complain they start argument please do not go to that place please visit populer hotel if you want good service thank you
Poorest quality of service and verst behaviour of management.If u are eggiterian do not eat food there because they are mixed chicken with egg.
