Third class service , very irresponsive staff , pathetic customer service, ignoring customer , taking people for granted and judging people

I have enjoyed my stay in silvassa , it's a Good place to stay, but still the hotel has to improve on the service part, as they are paying attention only to the people who will have Booze here..

Offering warm bear instead of chill bear to customers, very disappointed... Next time I will prefer other bar to enjoy... very bad experience

The food quality has deteriorated at an all time low. Whether you order a chicken lollipop or a fish finger, all you get is a low quality scrappy pieces. This doesn't match their standards nor the prices they've set on the menu. I've been a regular at this place since my childhood and almost 7 years since I've grown as an adult. It pains my heart to rate them so low but can't really help it. They seriously need to reassess their standards. Don't have anything negative to say for the staff there. They are friendly and attentive as always. But the kitchen and the chefs have gone from bad to worse in the past two months.

Very Good place to stay in silvassa.. With Good staff.... manager is good .. Stayed for two days ,.Good experience And about food quality.. Haven't Got chance to visit other restaurants.. But food quality here in their restaurant is very Good.,. Definitely will recommend to have a lunch or dinner here ....

The worst Hotel I ever gone, I had been visited this hotel with my family on 3rd June in the afternoon and the staff who was there on the floor gave us a table besides the drunk peoples, also you can check the CCTV asa well as I have noticed that the table he had given us was in the family section, why the bar section people was sitted in the family section, it seems like (Paiso ke liye kuch bhi karoge kya) there was not any rules and regulations in this hotel, immatured(Staff, Business)
