The service staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great experience.Cleanliness, presentation, and taste - everything was perfect.

Stayed there for one night with family, the room is completely unhygienic, and the staff doesn't care even after highlighting the matter, you can see the dirt everywhere in room in the photos, lights don't work only 02 out of 06 light were working, in the night they just lock the whole building from outside leaving you in a trapped situation which continuously impacts you mentally that you have been locked and the staff will only return in the morning after 08:30 am, which is security concern, there is no watchman / security in hotel for night time. Overpriced room compared to the quality of room.

One of the decent veg places in the area to dine in. Food is nice. Typical family restaurant setting. Has an AC section too. Had Paneer Biryani, which was really rich in taste.

Horrible Service...they do not Focus on providing good customer experience. Rude behaviour & do not order online from them too. They do not have sense to send even cups and plastic plates.

The food taste is sometimes good but nt always, the service is not fast at all. Specially Having an party fpor 25 people prior to letting know in advance. They just kept 1 serivce for 25 pax. And the service was so delayed. That all the food got cold and didn tasted better. Onions are served after sabji roti. And papad at the last. No butter on butter rotis. Matlab kyaa hi complaint karu. Sabme taklif. Soups were nt servel)'lWd in soup bowl until we argued. They were serving it in parcel plastic containers on the table. A restaurant should serve dal in bowls or katori, but the dal was served directly on rice. All photos will prove your queries. Never ever do a group party over here. You can still try ala carte once. But never a kitty, birthday or get 2 gether kinda party.

M Kutty's restaurant and rooms are in service since 1950. We stayed at M Kutty's on our last trip. They have such a well maintained,clean, luxury rooms for stay. Also there food was too good. We have tried haydrabadi biryani, it was very tempting and authentic. Only one negative point is they don't have parking for guest, you want park your vehicle road side.

I once had the opportunity to go there in the afternoon and I ate idlis. I liked them. The cleanliness was very good and the staff was also very cooperative.

Food was okay. Wait time for serving was about 10 mins. Tried la-corota here ... It wasn't anything to do with carrot. That was fried and sweet similar to khaja. Dosa and medu wada was average.
