Very Disappointed - Would Not Recommend BTW at All I had a terrible experience at BTW. I ordered the Bombay Grilled Sandwich and a cold coffee. While the cold coffee was just okay at best, the sandwich was absolutely horrible. There were no ingredients inside--just a cold, barely edible mess. It was served cold, with only a fridge-hard cheese slice slapped inside--completely unmelted and unappetizing. It felt like they just threw it together with zero care or effort. For a place that claims to serve good food, this was a joke. Complete waste of money and totally disappointing. Never ordering from here again.

A nice vibrant place to provide the tangy taste to your tongue. It is situated in vicinity of COBB and opposite Bank of Baroda. Prices could be a little reasonable for the taste they provide. However, I have tried here various chats like tikki, gol gappa, dahi vada and all taste good. Orders are mostly self-service but sometimes, you are served on your tables. Staff is warm and cordial. Waiting time is not much and can be expected max to max 10 minutes which is worth waiting. Various sweets are also available here and their prices are a little high compared to famous sweet shops nearby. Sitting capacity is enough here, from families to friends everyone can easily sit and enjoy. Parking can be issue a little issue here as most of the vehicles need to be parked near roads.

Food is otherwise good but a bit expensive than average. Interior is good as well, but more of sanitization is needed as flies will continuously keep disturbing you.

I'll not recommend to go, very hot inside the restaurant. Bad quality and taste of food. Prices are too high but taste is no good at all.

Nice place to dine out but could have been better if they don't keep self service there, rather provide table service because its very uncomfortable to keep going for each and every item of your meal if you're planning to have lunch/dinner there. They don't even keep salt/pepper/sauces etc at the table and you have to go to the counter, ask for it, wait and then take it by yourself to the table, and leave your food unattended at table in the meanwhile (if you're dining out alone) and let flies infect your meal in this meantime. Update as on 28th march 2023: They've hired more employees to provide table services now but its not too dedicated..still better than what it was earlier. Though not keeping salt/pepper/sauces etc at table but still keeping clean spoons/forks and tissues on each table which was not the case earlier. Now, flies aren't as visible as they were present earlier...so must have improved their cleaning & sanitization procedures. So, overall..I would say that they've put nice efforts to improve and I appreciate their concern regarding their customer reviews. I hope to see more improvement in the future & wish them good luck.

Food quality is very bad we order no of things but everything is vey bad goal gappe is not good quality masla dosa filling is not good it's smelling very bad and sambher is taste less and other drinks are not good and everything is bad

Service is pathetic, i ordered some somossa & snacks and asked for chutney but staff refused and told fridge may saman set kar diya nahi de saktey.
