Worst Chicken Tikka Roll of my life. Priced at Rs.261 with taxes, it was exorbitant & tasteless. The chicken pieces were completely dry & the accompanying chutney was cold (must've been refrigerated).

Very Worthy Food,,,If u come in day time They will give you the stale food yesterday,,,,, I been there many time ,,, yesterday I ordered kakori kabab but they don't have ,,,Shame to U ,,,,,Alkauser ka name Duba raha ho aap sab,,,, Better you go kautilya marg,,@ Riyaz Bhai ke pass,,,waha original milta hai....

Cook has changed . I have been their regular customer for about 20 years . Food taste is now awful . All I taste is spice only and no food. Feel sick. Awful chicken burah and worst mutton Awadhi briyani.

Worst starters I ever had. Chicken tandoori tikka and chicken malai tikka are soooo bad that I can't even tell you, we just throw it away. I will never ever order again from alkauser it's my first time ordering from them and they just disappointed me. Again saying "WORSTEST FOOD EVER HAD". Please don't order from this restaurant anything it will be waste of money.

I ordered food from this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The dal makhani was sour and seemed like it was old and stale. The quality was really bad.

Food is not good at all. Ordered mutton gaauti with paratha. Galauti is having no taste, and paratha is too much oily. Chicken malai tikka was like halwa. It's look like cotton ball, not crunchy at all. Same chicken was stuffed into chicken katti roll. They are just using brand name to sale anything. Don't go there at all.

Best Kakori Kabab since decades I had. Very tasty mutton stoo also. Perfect place to have lunch and dinner

Title: Horrible Experience - Stale Food and Microwaved Kakori! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at this restaurant, and I have to say it was one of the worst meals I've ever had. The quality of the food was absolutely unacceptable. Almost everything they served seemed old, frozen, and reheated--not remotely fresh! First off, the Kakori kebabs, which I was really looking forward to, were a complete disaster. Traditionally, Kakori kebabs are supposed to be grilled over a tandoor for that authentic flavor and texture, but what I got was something that had clearly been microwaved. . It felt like it had been sitting around for days and was not even warm when served. Absolutely inexcusable for a restaurant claiming to serve authentic cuisine. And it wasn't just the kebabs. The parathas were stale and dry, clearly not freshly made. They had a lifeless, chewy texture, which only happens when food has been reheated multiple times. Even something as simple as bread should be made fresh, but this place clearly couldn't care less about that. It's shocking that a place like this stays in business, serving customers such subpar, reheated, and stale food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're better off staying home than wasting your money here. Avoid at all costs! Even the chatni was not fresh , they keep the same in fridge and use for days.
