A Disappointing Dining Experience My recent visit to Cafe on 3 within Holiday Inn was a major disappointment. The experience was far from what I expected, given the hotel's reputation. The most concerning aspect was the quality of the food. I ordered hummus, which turned out to be stale and inedible. Unfortunately, my 1.5-year-old child also consumed some, causing discomfort. The chef's nonchalant attitude towards the situation was deeply concerning. The restaurant's ambiance was equally disappointing. The floor was dirty and cluttered, as evident in the attached photos. The extension table felt out of place, giving the impression of a lodge or a 2-star hotel, rather than a high-end establishment. Despite the presence of numerous servers, the service was lackluster. The staff seemed more interested in personal conversations than attending to guests' needs. Considering the hotel's brand and the positive experiences I've had at other properties of the same group, I was hopeful for a similar level of service and quality. However, my visit to Cafe on 3 was a complete letdown. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and advise potential diners to avoid wasting their time and money.

First time in India, here from the U.S. for work. This place is great. I've been here almost every day-- staff overall is fabulous and do their best to recommend new foods, make you feel welcome. Super clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Very safe. Quick breads are made fresh. Great if you've never had Indian food or if you're a seasoned vet. Saurav is the best and will take great care of you-- he has been my server almost every day and is a ray of sunshine!

Mr Saurav and Anamika and kashish were so cooperative and hard working and smiling with welcomingvall the time and all the time aware with all the customers i advice to be in a higher position .

Everything is well and good! The service in a restaurant is awesome and the people realy take care with us! It's a great and safety place to stay! Divya was very careful and attentive. everything was very good.

Little late to review this amazing cafe in Holiday Inn. Worth giving it a visit for its variety of food options. Visited here for a corporate team lunch and it was an amazing experience. Staff here were very courteous, you can watch experienced chef preparing your food in the most hygienic way. You will get a lot of cuisine options such as Lebanese, Italian and obviously Indian. Food taste and quality is undoubtedly top notch. Above all, the cafe also offers nice ambience, with swimming pool right next to the cafe and a patio. Happy Visit overall

Excellent service by Saurav, Sunil and especially Manish on all the days of my stay, really liked it. And the breakfast was also great with good selection of items
