I loved the venue & this place aesthetics, perfect for small day parties & get together

They overbooked the hotel and gave our room to somebody else for more money. When we rechead the hotel, they simply tried to place us somewhere else, which was very bad. However, out of no choice, we had to stay there for one night. When we asked for reason, they started giving excuses. Even other customers who were already there were also complaining about the mismanagement. At first they were requesting but when we insisted that we want our room, they started behaving very rudely. If you are looking for a smooth stay, don't go with this hotel.

Hotel in below 3 star and room quality is poor according to charge, room housekeeping services is good and food quality poor.

I stayed in 303.Good breakfast buffe service. Only thing that was missing was fresh air and windows.

Need to improve cleanliness only blanket covers are clean inside them the blanket are in very bad condition the room service and the restaurant are somewhat good

Our experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. Despite booking a month in advance, upon our arrival at 10 PM, we discovered that our reserved room had been given to another guest who had extended their stay. As a family with a 5-year-old child, this situation was highly inconvenient. After a prolonged argument, the hotel offered an alternative stay at a neighboring hotel for one night. However, the condition of that hotel and its rooms was deplorable and unpleasant. Unwilling to accept this offer, we suggested relocating the guest who had extended their stay to the nearby hotel, but the hotel staff refused, citing an inability to ask their current guest to vacate the room. This left us frustrated and questioning the purpose of booking a month in advance. Eventually, we reluctantly opted to stay in another hotel, despite it being under maintenance, as we felt we had no other viable option. The reception experience was incredibly unsatisfactory, and we strongly advise against considering this hotel. The rooms were notably small. The only positive aspect was the restaurant staff, who were courteous and welcoming, earning the hotel a two-star rating solely due to their professionalism. We do not recommend spending your money on this establishment; there are better options available in Karol Bagh.

Incredible hotel room and service! Always accommodating to our needs. The hotel has a complimentary breakfast to get you through the day. I got a double bed which had plenty of space for two people. Came with a tv, nice bathroom, fridge and had all the power outlets. The best part is the people. They take care of you and are your friends. They want you to be happy with your experience and will provide great service. The location is great in a very happening area for market walks and shopping and for commuters next to the metro train itself. The street at night looks sketchy so don't take night walks. Just take a cab or rickshaw and they'll drop you right at the entrance. Fantastic overall stay.
