Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Tried New Prem Dhaba recently and was pleasantly surprised! Food: Tasty and satisfying. Hygiene & Cleanliness: The place is well-maintained with a clean and comfortable environment. Service: You need to prepay and wait inside for your food, which is delivered promptly. Staff are polite and helpful. Kitchen: Looks neat and organized. Minor Gripe: They only offer small sachets of tomato sauce--so don't expect plenty of it. Overall, a good spot for a clean and tasty meal. Worth a visit!

I just love this place since childhood. Food has never been disappointing. Prem Dhaba, located in the bustling area of Karol Bagh, New Delhi, is a modest eatery that offers a quintessential dhaba experience. The ambiance is straightforward, reflecting its traditional roots, and the service is prompt, catering to those seeking a quick yet satisfying meal at very reasonable prices. The menu features a variety of North Indian and Mughlai dishes, with the Butter Chicken being a standout favorite but This time we tried bheja masala with garlic naan too and we were blown away with the taste. The naan were very crispy and came with topping of sesame seeds along with garlic. A very unique style and flavour. A must order item.

There are chances that you have seen this place on youtube videos or some website. Please don't get fooled by the fake reviews. This is literally THE WORST place to have any kind of food. Worst part : you have to stand in a queue to order even before you sit on the table. You can't order from your table as if the customers are going to run away after eating. This is the worst turn off for a customer. Additionally , the chicken is not marinated and is as raw as a live chicken . The chicken starters especially the special kali mirch chicken is the absolute worst and tasteless. Butter chicken is okayish and the biryani too is tasteless. Plus , the dining hall is so smelly that you even would want to leave the restaurant before eating even if you have already paid for it. Please visit this place only if you want your taste , hunger and ambience to be destroyed. Hated it !

Very Bad Experience I visited Prem Dhaba restaurant hoping for a good meal, but my experience was very disappointing. The staff was rude and completely ignored customers. Even after calling them multiple times, they didn't respond properly. The service was extremely slow. I had to wait for a long time for my food. They didn't seem to care about the customers at all. To make things worse, in this digital age, they only accept cash payments. Even though they take online orders through Zomato and Swiggy, they refuse to accept UPI or card payments for dine-in. This is very inconvenient for customers. Overall, I would not recommend this place. There are many better options where you will get good food, respectful service, and proper payment options.

Quality of food is very good. It's only for delivery. There is no proper space for sitting. They have kept two tables, one with chairs and another one without chairs. So, you can stand there and eat if you want to. Roll was quite tasty and so was veg Biryani.

Very bad service food quality poor ... I'm never suggesting this new Prem dhaba ... I ordered approximately 2 hours but food was not serving

The food was average in taste, nothing special as such in the food. I ordered Chicken Malai Tikka which was below average, it looked like normal chicken tikka and they'd put malai on top of that later. Butter Chicken (Boneless) was average and nothing special to distinguish it from the thousand's of outlets that serve the same dish. Tandoori Roti was nice which was served nice and fresh. Although the hygiene in the place seemed to be questionable.
