"Extremely disappointing experience" Organized a destination wedding at this venue, and it was marked by poor organization, complete mismanagement, and a shocking lack of professionalism. The event was chaotic from start to finish, no proper coordination, delayed services, and a clear absence of accountability from the staff. Despite the premium pricing, there was no sense of customer satisfaction or value for money. Basic expectations for a wedding event were unmet, let alone the elevated standards one would expect from a destination venue. Would strongly caution future clients to reconsider before booking this place. A special occasion deserves better handling and respect than what was experienced here.

Great resort for weddings. Great place and helpful staff (with some exceptions). I would like to specially thank Nyasha (apologies if the spelling is not correct) at the reception, she was extremely helpful and helped us with smallest requests pertaining to requirements of the marriage in order to make the it a success. I am very grateful to her. The food is delicious and the property itself is beautiful. It is a beautiful place to just kick back and relax as well. Tipping culture is a bit prominent here and some of the other staff did come off as a bit rude. But all in all everything was a success and hence I don't have many complaints.

Visited to attend a marriage Function, where Function was in Open Ground and Dinner in Hall. My observations: Location is approachable. Good Parking facility. Hall AC Cooling was superb. As Regard the Food Main Course, Running Snacks, Services and Infrastructure is concerned, it was Below the Standards of Palm Green, which need to be seriously looked into and improved upon.

This hotel is very nice , food and everything was also perfect but Let me just tell you one thing i came here day before yesterday to stay we were the wedding guest . Each and every staff was very sophisticated, polite and humble but one guy over there his name is (PANKAJ) I cant even tell you in words this man is so disgusting he doesn't even have manners how to talk to females. I came to reception 3-4 times but he was in so much attitude like he was not even replying to me and plus he was very rude . You are standing at the reception and you are treating your wedding guests like this , these are you manners? You should need to work on yourself and have some manners how to talk to females. I was asking something and he was not even replying to me.

I had a truly experience during my stay at hotel and i would especially like to appreciate Ms. Divya kanyal at the front office .from the moment I arrived she greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Divya was always polite professional and extremely helpful throughout my stay . I wish her all the best in her career

Place is good, rooms are good. Food is very delicious, everything on the menu was tasty. But the AC was not working many times even after multiple complaints. And service was not good.

I was here for 3 days for Growth Yatra programme by Digital Dhanu. Place iis really grand and there is lots of space be it parking, reception, dinning area, swimming pool, open area and rooms. Food was amazing, free wifi available on request, staff was friendly and courteous. This place is good for organizing business conference, pool party, marriage, reception, meetings as exceptionally cheap as it is outskirts of Delhi. I loved the place however there is always scope for improvement.
