Punjab Grill - Vegas Mall

Mango drink was superb. However, the food quality was extremely disappointing and far from expectations. I ordered a chicken dish today, and it tasted terrible--the meat was tough and lacked flavor. When I shared my feedback, the chef came out only to justify the poor quality rather than address the concern. The pricing is also unreasonably high considering what's offered. Service was equally unsatisfactory. One female server was particularly loud and dismissive; she wasn't open to any feedback. For instance, when we asked about the minimal water in the finger bowl after our meal, she responded defensively instead of resolving the issue. Overall, the experience was not worth the money, and I would not recommend this place based on the quality of food and service.

PATHETIC PLACE. Don't waste your money here. Their butter chicken costs 1800 bucks, a ridiculously high price for 6 teeny tiny pieces of chicken they serve in a palm-sized bowl. See the plate's picture for reference. This is how small their pieces are. The mutton in the biryani was undercooked and stale. A disgrace to the great name and cuisine of Punjab. They're unfairly charging way too much for each dish whose quantity and quality is horrible. Even the service was too slow despite the place being empty and the staff is unbothered. The music was too loud and the speaker was right above us. They started blaring happy birthday on the speakers for a table sitting on the far end and the staff actually refused to lower the volume when we pointed out that it was way too loud and extremely uncomfortable.

Food not good, tandoori chicken not cooked well, kadahi paneer only 1or2 piece of paneer rest all capsicum and onion and dhaniya chicken was only black pepper powder gravy and chicken was same as tandoori chicken. Please beware before you order.

The service was too slow, and the food was the worst. The biryani was stale. We had to wait for our food and constantly remind them to bring it, same for water. This happened even though the place was not crowded. We went there because of its reputation as Punjab's name, but we were left disappointed. I would not recommend it.

Loved the Karachi Chargha--juicy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced! The Mutton Achari Kulcha was rich, tangy, and delicious. Great food, great ambiance! Highly recommend Punjabi Grill!

The flavors were so rich and complex, each bite was a delight to the senses. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, making the meal not only delicious but also visually stunning. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who made sure every need was met. Overall, dining at this place was a culinary journey that I will never forget.

We visited this Outlet for Dinner with kids and it was fully packed with couple of families sitting outside in waiting. We made a prior reservation hence got a table else I guess we would have to wait at least half an hour for a Saturday dinner at this place. Sitting was average as in the middle they a table of 4 in which 2 chairs are comfi sitting (foam based) back & sides and couple only have a foam based bottom. Service was good considering the kind of over-booking this place had. Observations :- 1. Bhatti da Murg - Flavoured Chicken prepared in spicy Anardana marinade. Loved this, little over priced as they serve just 6 pcs in full plate costing 820/- (with taxes) 2. Karachi Chargha - Again a spicy preparation of chicken, marinated overnight in spicy tangy tomato & chilli marinade. With every bite you can feel the tenderness & the marination which has reached inside the chicken. This costs the same as Bhatti da Murg but comes with 8 pcs (4 with bone & 4 without bone) 3. Classic Aloo Pyaz Kulcha - Crunchy aloo pyaz Kulcha which gives you a taste of roasted spices in every bite. Loved the presentation of this one as the Kulcha is served in a hot pot box and comes along with Dal Makhni, tomato ketchup kinda mix Given the small sized kulcha the costing of 450/- seems over priced. 4. Cosmopolitan Cocktail - Had ordered this in drinks and what a disappointment it was. Costed me 650/- and hardly had any quantity (can check the picture). Just not worth the price 5. Kheere ka Jeera - If you prefer a drink like Lemon Soda this is just the perfect supplement for it Overall you can visit the place if you are satisfied with paying more irrespective of Quantity

A recent entry in vegas mall. We took vouchers from Swiggy Dineout for a 40% discount. Bill got two pax after discount was Rs 1800. Then the tandoori platter is for Rs 1200 and average tasting. Paneer lababdar was good. Naan was nice but couldn't get ajwaini lachha. Green mint chutney was high on salt. Beer was for Rs 295. Tomato shorba was ok and a little high on salt. for Rs 295. Service was nice especially by Janak Saud who served us well. But the staff seemed a bit fussy. AC wasn't effective.
