Cold coffee was absolute trash so bad Even i can make better cold coffee asked waiter to exchange it for something better he denied. Food was ok but was dissatisfied

Shree Ratan's Restaurant is a good place to dine, but it has its ups and downs. Sittings, everything is very testey very nice food but makhni daal and simpal daal not good. Two time bad experience . others food very very nice.
Waiters are all nonsense.......don't know how to talk to customers...in fact they told me to u have 15 min to finish your food ...very bad experience......if u r reading this mesz ..give m ur owner contact details...I personally want to talk u...chek ur camera first we were couple or frndz...ek boy or girl is not always couple...for knowing more things check ur camera recording ..and our behaviour
Shree Ratan's restaurant located on Lampur road near railway underpass. One of the oldest fine dining restaurant. Had a lunch here, food is good . Quality, portion and pricing is very nice. Ambience is ok
Very good service by team And delicious food
I am not staying in Narela, but I always visit this restaurant during my leave period. This visit was not for regular Lunch/dinner, but to refresh the north Indian taste. To be very frank, SR is losing it's charm. Taste is going down in comparison to other restaurant. Malai chaap was not properly cooked. And the last thing which surprised me most, that they are not willing to accept the payment through card.. Please grow up.. You were doing good.. Don't give silly reasons.. It is spoiling your name.. hope you understand.
