This is a north indian division of bercos. This is on the same floor as bercos. Easily accessible and convenient parking. Very good food. They have bercos chinese as well. The north indian food tasted equally delicious. Quick service and nice ambience

Silbuttah is a restaurant opened under the umbrella of Bercos. The taste of the food is really good and the best part is that the food is very budget friendly. I couldn't believe the prices. The ambience of the restaurant is great too. I highly recommend the Brownie with icecream.

A great experience curated by Bercos for both North Indian and Chinese food lovers. This place on second floor offers nice tasting food alongside decent atmosphere and variety of drinks. The food was really tasty and portion size was good enough. You can order from both the menus bercos and silbuttah on both first and second floor. A nice place to visit with family and friends. It has an elevator for accessing all floors.

I really liked the food here and the ambience is classy . The staff is really polite and quick with their service . Food recommendations from my side will be palak patta chaat , kurkuri bhindi tacos , chicken khurchan and you cannot miss their signature sweet dish which is Rasmalai tres. I also enjoyed their jamun kaala khatta drink which was so refreshing - perfect for the wild delhi summer season

Hi! I recently visited a restaurant called Silburtah. While the restaurant itself wasn't initially appealing, Bercos's reputation as a reliable Chinese restaurant gave me the confidence to try it. Interestingly, they also allow you to order from Bercos's menu. I ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken dim sums, chili chicken (dry), mutton seekh, malai tikka, butter chicken, Rogan Josh, butter naan, and Kandhari naan. The appetizers were all delicious, with the mutton seekh being the star. It was flavorful and perfectly spiced. However, the malai tikka lacked the promised lemongrass flavor, which was a bit disappointing. The butter chicken and Rogan Josh in the main course were good but not exceptional. The flavors were familiar yet enjoyable. The biggest letdown was the Kandhari naan. It completely missed the mark with an unexpected sweet sauce (not ketchup) and a combination of onions, tomatoes, and cheese. It tasted unpleasant. I recommend they remove it from the menu and focus on more traditional offerings. Overall, Silburtah is a good option for multi-cuisine dining, with some dishes excelling more than others. The food and the ambience of the place is amazing. This is the best Indian food place we have ever visited ever. The vibe and the service of the restaurant was incredible. The staff here is too friendly and polite. You can try their Palak patta chaat, handi biryani, mirch parantha has to be my favourite, jamun kala khatta is what you can't resist but ask more, and the shakahaari platter has all my favourite things. Oh my god gotta go I am craving their food again bye.

Silbuttah an Indian story by bercos is a must visit place. Ambience is so Calming and super aesthetic. We served by Mr . karan chandra and he made we are super comfortable. We started of with DIY palak patta chaat which is a must try here . Followed by kathal kebab which were so mouth melting. We took mushrooms matar malai and dal punjabi for main and served with garlic naan which were super amazing and my personal recommendation is mushrooms matar malai . Followed by rasmalai tres leches and gulab jamun . Over all my experience was too good
