Lovely concept - sweet house cum bakery converted to a self service restaurant with seating area outside. Sought after for their specialty - doodh jalebi combo. However, what blew our minds was the cheese pull their pizzas had. Nice place for family dine-in or to hang out with friends.

I recently visited Singlas Restaurant in Dwarka, Sec 9, and unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant experience. The overall service was quite disorganized, with chaotic counters and a confusing token system. This led to a lot of confusion and waiting time for the customers. The disorganization made the dining experience less enjoyable. I hope the restaurant management can address these issues to improve the overall customer experience.

This restaurant has many options to choose when it comes to food. They sell best chai in dwarka. Food and dessert quality is good and sufficient. Their Staff is not attentive. No one listens and service is really poor.

Must try their fresh food items like Choley Bhature, South Indian, Chaats which are good taste wise. I will not suggest to have their chinese as they use frozen fries and not freshly made for items like Chilly Potatoe. They have both indoor and outdoor sitting.

This place was my favourite and I had come multiple times but when I visited this time, I was really shocked to see how staff members had become really ignorant. The experience was horrible. I asked him thrice to take order, he was just standing infront of TV and didn't wanted to take one. Upon asking again, he said "bhut bheed hai, time nhi hai" He started responding in rude tone and was not at all interested in listening. With this experience, I would never ever come back or recommend anyone to visit. Although there food is good but that's not the only thing that one would want to go there. If these people don't acknowledge or consider their customer's experience as priority, they will soon loose out on a lot.
