Southern Masala

Visited this restaurant for lunch during our stay at the same hotel, had South Indian thali which was nicely arranged and served to us with white rice to follow. The service was good and the food was also freshly prepared and tasty, the ambience was also nice.

Restaurant opens @7 p.m. for dinner. We ordered curd rice 2 times here and both times papad was soggy. Don't go when you are fasting; waiter will advise you to order the Paneer dish only. This restaurant is part of hotel southern. If possible look for other options nearby.

I am from northeast and I love a 'good' dosa and this place got me hooked:) Price is good, nice offers on Swiggy! I usually don't like sambar but the sambar here is love! Mild and perfect. No unnecessary strong flavour to monopolise the entire dish. Very satisfied till now. Let's see what happens next time.

During out 3day stay at Karol Bagh, this was our go-to place for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The Breakfast/snacks section is on the ground floor - Arya Vegetarian restaurant. The Southern Masala is on the first floor which caters to the Lunch and Dinner services. The ambience is top of the class and the seats are comfortable enough for a family restaurant. We had tasted the South Indian Veg and North Indian Non-Veg Thalis - both of them are enough to fill 1.5x of an adult human. I would recommend ordering one and sharing it to reduce wastage. The rotis are well cooked and taste excellent with either a Mixed veg or a chicken tikka masala. Lastly we tried out their Lassi, it was thick and creamy with zero added sugar and was truly delicious.

Good Andhra food. I always take south indian thali. Good quantity and variety of Andhra Thali. Highly recommended for wholesome vegetarian meal.

Southern masala i visit this outlet near karol bagh metro station And this outlet is specially recommend for south India food And the ambiance was a great place for have meal with family and friends And seriously i loved this place and dosa And my specially favorite was spring roll dosa And they are also serve the North indian food Ana as a non-vegetarian i love there chicken with there garlic naan i will visit this place again And i also recommend all the peoples to visit this place of you are looking for south India food

I tried only one meal there ( Dosa) so this is a review of dosa only .Dosa's filling are generous but dips n Sambhar are not just that great as compared to dosa ,& according to a masala dosa the price are little high(150 including gst).

Located at walkable distance from metro. Ordered 2 non veg thali and chicken Manchuria. Thali is good. Didn't like Manchuria as it is too dry. Expected to have some items containing gongura (Mesta dal or any curry). Unfortunately it was not available on the day of our visit. Looked for paan. Even that is not available. Service and ambience is decent.
