Unfortunately, the food was served cold, and the taste was unremarkable. The selection of non-vegetarian options was limited, with only one item available in the Indian main course buffet. However, there was ample seating, and the restaurant was decorated for Christmas. The dessert selection could also be improved.

We went for Shopping but ended up for Sunday brunch . This was our very first brunch in Radisson Dwarka. Food spread was Ok not too exciting but few dishes were amazing . Like whole steamed fish with grilled veggies, Goat ran roasted , Sushi , Broccoli crackers , Dim sums , Mango Souffle , Garlic Naan . There were live counters too but was surprised no italian dish was served. There were two soup options with lots of bread spread . Too many desserts but nothing exceptional. I really liked their gajar ka halwa which was not over sweet . They had asian spread and Mughlai. Staff was smiling and courteous but most of them were little bit lost guess due to rush hour. The Mangers were very sweet and keep on coming back to suggest and ask . We really enjoyed ...the ambience was apt for new year and the live music Singer was too good. I forgot to compliment him . Please if the staff of Radisson spring is reading this please pass on our wishes to the Singer . Me and my husband had a good time . Would love to see more variety next time for sure .

This is a buffet restaurant with both veg and non veg options. The spread was good in main course while starters were having limited options. Food was good in quality and taste. I didn't particularly like the location of the restaurant as it is a part of Radisson but it got the entrance from the mall, so it's always commotion on the outside which you can hear. Another thing I didn't like is the working ethics of serving staff. There were taking a lot of time to serve any order and were not even taking care of buffet spread refill and its temperature. The starters were lying in cold but after I complained about it, they took it for reheating. This left a bad taste in my experience level.

I had the best 5 star experience. The food was exquisite. The quality was very very good. It does not make you feel bloated at all. The raw materials used is very good. We went for the swaad bharat event that was going on at the time. Live music during evenings and the music went on till late night. The singers were fantastic. There was one minute wait time. The spread was good enough. From the starters, the coconut milk was good, the mutton kebabs, pav bhaji, chaat, paneer kebab, fruit kebab waa very good. The continetal side had a nice spread of different breads, corn chat, salads, fish, chicken etc. The indian side had uttapam, mutton, fish, chicken. The dessert counter was also very big. The most important point is that the staff were extremely attentive. Service was prompt. They make you feel important. No request is ignored. Drinks are chargeable. This is the best all you can eat experience I have had. Going back to have ghewar. Valet parking available. Escalator and lift available

We opted for the buffet. It was a weekday, the place was almost empty initially but some business crowd came later. The ambience, decor and cleanliness were superb. The Indian nenu was nice, two nonveg items were available. However, the continental dishes were very disappointing. There was no nonveg, just two ordinary dishes were served, out of which one was roasted potato!! Pasta was available on order. Two veg Chinese preparations were also on offer. Anyway, salads and soup were nice. The quality of Indian dishes were average, nothing extraordinary. One would have expected a much better spread in terms of variety particularly when it's supposed to be a multicuisine buffet. The staff were very good, polte and courteous. Overall, an average experience not upto the standards of a 5 Star hotel.

Radisson Blu Dwarka is buzzing with guests at their ongoing food promotion of #Dimsums and #Baos with Asian Cuisine along with their regular Buffet. It's a beautiful Hotel with a circular building and a beautiful lobby n Atrium overlooking the rooms and it's one of the biggest property of Radisson brand and doing brisk business. Their coffeeshop #Spring is decorated beautifully for the promotions to match the theme and all bright red decore with Lightings is looking awesome. Executive Chef Pankaj Jha who is recently been transferred here is quite enthusiastic and alongwith Chef Sunil Kumar and their energetic team is really upbeat and curated an elaborate menu with nearly 20 plus Veg n Non Veg options of Dimsums and Baos and other Thai and Chinese dishes to relish. We tried a variety of Fried, Steamed and Pan fried Veg n Non Veg dumplings with stuffings of Chicken, Lamb, Shrimps and Veges and the preparations were amazing with equally yummy dips. Green and Red Thai curry with steamed rice was fantastic. Hotel has a great bakery and the desserts were quite delightful and I personally love Gulab Jamun and had a real good one and ended a good meal on a sweet note. The team were quite energetic and were on their toes looking after the guests of a busy outlet. Overall a great experience indeed.

Ten days food promotion #Dimsum&Bao is on till second July, 2023.......at their Coffee Shop #Spring which has approx hundred and twenty covers. The Coffee Shop is brightly and beautifully done up with some live stations, to match the theme. There is ample variety of both veg and non veg Dimsums and one good thing about Dimsums is that they are not very heavy to have. We had quite a few excellent Dimsums..... Chicken, Pan fried Lamb, Shrimp open crystal, Steam rice chicken, spicy green, Chicken and veg Bao.....the Bao are very soft and fluffy. There are many more options to choose from with great dips. Besides these Dimsums and Bao, there are Satay Station, Teppanyaki station, Mongolian Counter,..... Thai Curry with Jasmine rice station....we tried both Red and Green Thai curry, loved the Red one more. Wonderful experience !! All the best to team #RadissonBluDwarka

Went for some special occasion but was disappointed, food was cold ,not adequate, liked desserts .veg main course was ok. Place was very congested .we were also feeling hot (air conditioner not working fine )overall experience was ok
