The rooms were great, and the place had a nice vibe, plus the food was excellent. However, they could use some staff training on what they offer, and the place needs a bit more cleaning and maintenance. But the managers were super responsive and helped resolve all issues.

Tivoli resort hosted the Delhi chess tournament. They knew the numbers who had registered for it. While the arrangements from Delhi chess association were fine, the staff of Tivoli were incredibly rude. I have attended more than 20 tournaments in last 2 years across hotels and other institutions but nowhere has the staff been so rude and uncooperative. They treated all parents in a pathetic manner and had put up a lousy small tent with hardly any cooling since more than 1000 people were packed into it and they wanted to stuff some more. And they billed everything so exorbitantly. 500 ml water was costing 50 rs in temperatures of 45 degrees. Terrible Terrible experience. When we came in the morning we thought we will plan our next holiday here. But after a couple of hours and seeing how their staff attitude was , I would recommend that absolutely NO ONE plans any event here unless you want a bad experience for all your guests and participants.

The music, lights, and energy were on another level - we danced our hearts out and enjoyed every single moment. The party atmosphere was electric and totally unforgettable. What I loved most was how comfortable and welcoming the entire hotel environment felt. Not once did I feel out of place. Everything was well-managed, and the staff made sure we had a seamless experience. Our meetup at this hotel turned out to be one of the best experiences ever - and a big part of that credit goes to this beautiful hotel and its team. This is a wonderful hotel located at a very nice location. The hotel has all the amenities. The banquet hall is huge and can accommodate several hundreds of people even for corporate events. The staff is courteous, food is good, ambience is good. The ambiance is truly luxurious, and the staff is exceptionally polite and attentive at reception. The hospitality was outstanding, making me feel right at home. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious - a perfect complement to the overall experience! Raj sir made sure we experienced the ultimate in hospitality, this gentleman knows how to delight his customer fantastic stay! The staff are very good and cooperative. The outside Delhi location is killing it.

Our experience at Tivoli Resort, Alipur, on February 12-13 was very disappointing. We booked 80 rooms for two days, but the management failed to provide even basic hospitality. The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were leaking and had a bad smell, and the surroundings were untidy. Their card machine was also not working, which caused inconvenience. Such mismanagement is unacceptable for a venue that hosts big events.||However, we appreciate Mr. Bhavnish for decorating the venue beautifully. His hard work made the space look amazing, from the stage setup to the floral arrangements. The lighting and colors created a great atmosphere for our guests.||A big thank you to Chef Mr. Narender and Mr. Prakash for the delicious food. Every dish was full of flavor, and our guests enjoyed it a lot. Their dedication was truly appreciated.||We also thank Mr. Amit for his help in managing everything smoothly. His support made a big difference in handling the arrangements.||Though the overall hospitality was disappointing, the decor, food, and efforts of these individuals were the best part of our event.
