The staff were very welcoming.. the food was amazing.. as a foreigner I believe the chef was very considerate regarding the spicy.. I recommend this place without reservation. When ever I'm in India I will be back here

Food , atmosphere and staff is so so good. I went to dinner with my family. Non veg and veg starters both are so good. One of the best Barbeque nation I have tried in Delhi NCR. There is a Monday market also there and that will be open till mid night

Ambience is below average. The sound system felt like the Jagran music system. Food quality was Ok ok...not as expected. Parking space is more than enough.

Imagine yourself pouring a dal / paneer / rice / breads on this dirt and then you eating the food !!! Individuals who value high-quality food and service may find their experience at BBQ Nation Vasant Kunj to be a disappointment. Would like to share my recent dining experience at the Vasant Kunj outlet, particularly in comparison to the standards upheld by other Live Grill Restaurants and BBQ outlets. Here are the key areas of concern: 1. Cleanliness of Cutlery: A picture is worth a thousand words. Just see the attached pics. The cutlery provided on the buffet table appeared unwashed. Plates, bowls, and spoons seemed to have only been rinsed with water before being placed on the table. 2. Lack of Response to Concerns: Despite bringing these issues to the attention of both the floor manager and the restaurant manager, there was no improvement throughout the evening, which lasted several hours. 3. Quality of Snacks: The Cajun potatoes served were stale and excessively oily, reflecting a lack of quality control.Stale Snacks were repeatedly fried and served (Cajun potatoes). They were literally dripping oil. 4. Inadequate Snack Options: When these issues were raised, the alternative snacks provided were bland and underwhelming in quantity. 5. Flavor Profile: The food predominantly featured an overwhelming chili flavor, with no balance or complexity. Feedback regarding milder options was not acknowledged, and there was a significant delay in snack replenishment. 6. Delays in Service: One of the senior guests ordered a milkshake, which took an hour to arrive. 7. Feedback Mechanism: Unlike other BBQ outlets, staff members did not engage with diners to gather feedback or address seasoning preferences. The food appeared to be served rather than presented with consideration for guest experience. 8. Lack of Accompaniments: It was surprising to find that no sauces, butter, or additional condiments were offered with the live grill skewers, which were simply placed on the table without any presentation. 9. Replenishment Rate: The frequency of skewer replenishment was notably slow, occurring every 20-30 minutes. 10. Staff Attitude: There was a general lack of receptiveness to feedback from the staff. Their body language suggested disinterest, despite requests for their attention to the issues raised.

We just had a big family outing and we're taken care of, by Deepak and Royna. Both were very kind and attentive, taking extremely good care of my 79 year old mother's little asks with a big smile. The food was yummy as always. Thank you so much. I'll be back soon.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would rate them with a galaxy. Amazing is an understatement. It was my husband's birthday and the whole team went out of their way to make it memorable for us. The manager Sumant and Nitesh provided extraordinary services. The chef paid a visit to check upon us take a feed back. Our special requests like less spicy food were obliged with. I can't thank them enough. Looking forward to be there again. Barbeque nation quality is decreasing day by day. I booked in advance even after that I waited for 20 minutes for a seat. Taste wise also not good compared to saket. Live counter is not good. So overall experience was very bed. I will say barbeque saket is atleast good compared to this.
