Was really craving their gol gappe . One thing I like about them is that they give saunth extra compared to other food chains. But this outlet is just a nice location, but the gol gappe water has lack of spices I could taste the water in the mix and the puri even though in the sealed packet was not at all crispy , it was soft and ruined the entire concept.

Bikanerwala is a popular destination for traditional Indian sweets and snacks, offering consistent quality and a wide variety of dishes. I visited Bikanerwala outlet in Saket a couple of days ago and ordered Dahi Bhalle and Pau Bhajhi. When it comes to presentation, Dahi Bhalla looked amazing but when I had a first morsel it totally disappointed me. I believe they forgot to squeezed the water from the Bhalla and with each bite I had, the watery taste from Bhalla tasted awful. Further I had Dahi Bhalla same day in the night from Janakpuri outlet and same thing persist there. Even my whole family was surprised because of the taste. How can someone make Dahi Bhalla so bad. Apart from Dahi Bhalla, Pau Bhajhi was also average. BIKANERWALA quality was getting down day by day.

A good name otherwise, but the Saket branch is a mess. The Paneer Butter Masala gravy was super cold, same with Pav Bhaaji. The Bhaaji was so cold that even the butter didn't melt (see pic attached). Lastly the Rasmalai came with a piece of paper. Would recommend going to Haldiram just across Bikanervala.

Gulab jamun were tasty, but cashier has no change even for 200rs. I was served with unwashed hands after whatever they were cleaning at the gulab jamun counter. I had to ask them to wash their hands again before serving.

Thank you to Mr. Tarun (Bikanerwala Saket) for such a lovely service. His hospitality is top class. The food is awesome and worth every penny. Loved it!!!!

It is a very useless food, burnt food has been sent and it is also raw, the vegetables are tasting like this, it is very useless, please do not waste your money by doing something sweet, the food is so expensive and very bad, the customer is not at all happy with this food

First of all had to go through inflate billing experience and after asking to correct the bill executive did so as if he knew what was wrong. Order took ages to come. Moreover dessert came first Most concerning no taste in food not even salt. I ordered Chinese noodles n manchurian combo and rice n chilly paneer combo. Found burnt pieces and remain as if food is cooked in completely burnt oil. Noodles made in sarso ka tel was hillarious.
