I have been to this outlet many times before and never had an issue until today. I placed a take away order with them and went to the store to make the payment and collect my food. When I reached there, they said they had an issue with the system and asked me to pay more. When I denied they said, pay the extra money and we'll give you extra fries and coke as a goodwill gesture, which were already a part of my order. When I denied, they revised the offer again and said it's just 19rs more. I clearly stated I don't want to pay even a rupee extra for the same order which I have placed and your store had received. Instead of escalating the matter to the right person, they gave me a very judgemental look that I can't afford their burgers. This mentality had made me feel insulted and I had a very terrible experience with them. I was already in a hurry so didn't retaliate much but by writing this review I should warn everyone that their customer service is terrible. I wasted my time, starved and my mental peace was disturbed. Not recommending to anyone.
