However, one area for improvement is the storage of dairy products--milk and yogurt are not placed on ice, which raises some concerns about freshness. The dinner buffet is equally remarkable, not just for the food but also for the outstanding hospitality. The restaurant manager and chef take the time to personally introduce the dishes, adding a thoughtful touch to the dining experience. The food presentation is exceptional, with dishes beautifully arranged in heated containers, reflecting the chef's attention to detail. The selection includes a variety of flavorful kebabs and authentic Indian dishes, such as rich and aromatic chicken curry and tender lamb curry. Additionally, there is a live station where guests can customize their own fried rice and noodles, prepared fresh to order. You can also request freshly made naan, ensuring a warm and soft accompaniment to your meal. To round off the experience, the buffet features a teppanyaki ice cream station, where ice cream is freshly mixed and customized with various toppings on a frozen surface--an interactive and delightful way to end the meal. It was a very special occasion -- my parents' Golden Wedding Anniversary -- and I must give a big compliment to the entire restaurant team for managing everything so beautifully. From the moment we arrived, the service was seamless, the ambiance was warm and elegant, and the food was simply outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Shyamal and your wonderful team for going above and beyond to make the evening so memorable for our family. Your attention to detail, professionalism, and hospitality truly made all the difference. Wonderful place, amazing food, and exceptional service -- highly recommended for any special celebration!

This is the hotel's all-day dining restaurant. They serve a very good breakfast buffet with a mix of North Indian, South Indian, continental and oriental dishes along with many live stations and a section for fresh juices. The lunch and dinner menus are well crafted with flavorful dishes and drinks. The service any time of the day is top notch but they seem to get a bit overwhelmed in the mornings. One day the server forgot to bring my ordered item but this was rectified later.

Edesia is hosting a special food festival - Indori Food Festival till 19th May and I tried them over mothers day Dinner. The concept of bringing Indore to Delhi is done really well , incorporating every possible food item from Indore's 56 Market and Sarafa Bazaar. The namkeen, poha, jalebi, egg benjo, dal bafla you name and they have it on the menu. The service was outstanding and so was the food. And the Team at Edesia is very good when it comes to service. We were attended by the Chef Who is behind the concept , Chef Umesh and don't miss to connect with ever smiling Chef Dhoni whom you may spot at the live counters and hit him up for what you should try of the menu.

Embark on a culinary journey with trademark Paranthe Wali Gali along with Live Biryani, Kebabs, Kulfis, Chuski, Jalebis & Chaat counters buzzing with action for a street style experience. The menu boasts of cyclic dishes with more than 100 options such as Dahi Bhalla, Golgappe, Aloo Chaat, Fruit Kulia Chaat, Matra Kulcha, Chole Bhature & more. For the mains , wow your taste buds with Mutton Nihari, Chicken Changezi, Murgh Begum Bahar, Kofta Sham Savera, and Dal Dilruba paired with Roomali rotis, Biscuit roti, Rogani naans, Doodh wali rotis and dry fruit Sheermals. Conclude your meal with soul satisfying desserts such as Daulat Ki Chaat, Palang tod Barfi, Habshi Halwa, Rabdi Faluda, Sunhari Papita Halwa. Their food menu celebrates the street food hawkers of the old city in an extremely hygienic set up. Do not miss a chance to interact with Pandit Ji and hear out his 'bhavishya vanis' along with desi Paan to conclude the wonderful journey. Adding life to the set up are Mehndi Artists, Boot Polish set up and desi salon setups for a memorable round trip. The vibes are totally worth visiting. Overall good experience, decent buffet option, good presentation, great service. However food was little blunt.

I have to give thumb up to the staff working here. Having breakfast here for past 7 days, I have seen them working day in day out, from morning and sometimes till late night, always committed to provide the best service to diners. Food wise, they are not short of variety. Possibly the best of all is the Dosa station to customize your order. One counter specially for Masala Chai is a must daily.

We went for a birthday dinner at Crowne Plaza Edesia restaurant. The food was ordinary and nothing special that needed mentioning. The service was also bit time taking. Nevertheless, I had gold membership so got good discount.
