Customer Reviews & Testimonials
No judgment, just assessment. Tried Lotus biscoff cheesecake and classic cold frappe,as I visited the first time here after reading the reviews. Didn't find the taste as expected. Coffee viscosity was too thin despite full cream being used. It's more like you eat what's available, the chef of staff incharged doesn't know how the tweaks and simple modifications. Cheesecake was not apt, tasted entirely different from the cheesecakes I have tried, I requested for a sugarless, some what dark coffee. I was handed a totally bitter strong coffe. It was supposed to be cold and was served at room temperature. Though after requesting a change of item, the made it better but still not apt. Ambience is quiet and spacious which is good. The staff is polite and welcoming. They Smiled which was best, which is a big issue with serving staff these days. I will try again to see if they have better gourmet meals.
Fresh, local, and full of flavor! This farm-to-fork experience is a true celebration of nature's best--sustainable, wholesome, and absolutely delicious. The food was delicious. Loved the calm ambiance. The consensus at our table was that everybody loved the music. Vivek and Vinod were our servers and they did a great job!
Situated in Chattarpur is this place which is perfect for Lunches and brunches. They also host special events on Weekends. I went here for Sunday brunch and it was bit crowded as some other event was also going. But we managed to get a good seat. The ambience is nicely done- making good use of natural light. It also has an indoor fountain. The buffet spread was very good and it has a mix of European , Italian and Turkish Delicacies. We also tried their Dimsums which were good. The service was a little slow initiallY and parking is a hassle there- so need to park on open street wherever possible but their vallet will assist you. Overall a nice place to head out to enjoy brunches.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but sadly the concerns I raised with the team there weren't satisfied so I feel like I must. The atmosphere of the place is the probably the only good thing about it. Alas there are a lot of flies no matter where you sit. We did move twice. They advertise it as farm to fork but there's no great explanation on what ingredients are locally sourced. A lot of the dishes seem the same as any cafes in delhi. No waiter telling you about which is a great locally sourced dish to try. I'll start of with the good dish. Which was the avocado on toast that was half decent. The white choc mocha was also good. The shak shuka if you come from abroad like myself. Your idea of what the dish should be and what they serve which can only be called a tomato egg curry / dal like variant. Is a world apart. Plus the taste was bland. So I wouldn't recommend this dish. The worst part of my experience was the tiramisu. Advertised as deconstructed it didn't come that way which I wasn't happy about especially as it's one of the most expensive things on the menu. The size was so small in a glass that it just was pathetic. Yet I decided to try and give it a go. I only ate 2 bites as it tasted so pathetic. Mostly just felt like whipped cream with a hint of coffee biscuit. So really lacking in quality. At the end I did raise this tiramisu menu issue with the staff. Who did inform me if I was unhappy which I was, they would remove from the bill. But yet again when he came back this didn't happen. & I wasn't about to argue after asking once. Instead I was given a small chocolate cake slice. Which after the way my stomach is feeling the morning after having the food there. I disposed of without even trying. A true shame as it's quite far out even if you live in south delhi to get to. But sadly I wouldn't recommend this place unless you just want a pic of the ambience.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Elina Vara and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding service. The ambiance was inviting, adding to the overall charm of the place. Now, let's talk about the food - absolutely delicious! Each dish was a culinary delight, bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. What's even better is that the prices were reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of food served. The best part is that everything is organic and baked in-house. Overall, my experience was top-notch. Without a doubt, I would rate it 5 stars. I can't wait to go back and indulge in more of their delicacies. Thank you for providing such a memorable dining experience! All the very best & keep rocking
A fancy Brasserie, Roastery, Bakehouse and Patisserie. Very nicely done interiors with ample sitting space. Even an open sitting space with a small calmly flowing fountain. Parking, however, is limited and can be an issue depending on the time you are visiting. Elina means Pure and Vara means blessings. It's a Farm to Fork concept where they grow their own greens. The menu is big and caters to vegetarians and non vegetarians. Italian and continental menu. Big beverage menu too. We came here for coffee. Ordered a Flat White, a white chocolate mocha, a Chocolate truffle cake slice. We were given complimentary savouries which were very nice too. Everything was very nice. Will be back for more. They sell a lot of stuff made by local artisans at fair prices.
Elina Verna is a perfect blend of elegant ambiance, delicious food, and perfect service. The place has a warm and cozy vibe to it. The fact that a restaurant of this kind is present at such a place (a place buzzing with traffic and crowds almost throughout the whole day). We ordered 20-layered baked lasagna, Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Satay, the aromatic Thyme and Basil Asparagus Risotto in the main course, Brownie Blaster shake and Vanilla Iced Latte in beverages, and Dreamy Chocolate Almond Delight and Baklava Cheesecake in the dessert. The food was fresh and seems like Elina Verna tries to procure fresh vegetables from locals to maintain the quality which is great I think. On asking about the best dessert from the waiter, we were recommended the Dreamy Chocolate Almond Delight, and O God was it so delicious. The dessert was so fresh and so creamy that we almost wanted to order another one of the same. Overall a nice experience and must try the Dreamy Chocolate Almond Delight when there.
I recently had the pleasure of lunch at Elina Vara , and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the stage for an unforgettable evening. The menu is a true culinary masterpiece. With a diverse range of dishes that showcase both creativity and quality, there is something to satisfy every palate. Each plate was a work of art, meticulously crafted with fresh and locally sourced ingredients that tantalized my taste buds. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was exquisite. The service at EV was impeccable. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and passionate about their craft. They took the time to explain each dish in detail and offer recommendations that suited my preferences. Their attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm for providing an exceptional dining experience added an extra layer of enjoyment to the afternoon .
