This branch of McDonald's is really pretty. They serve very good and tasty meals. Staff behaviour was good and friendly. This is one of the very well maintained branch of McDonal's. Sitting is available in 1st floor & you can also park your car safely there. Thumbs up... Thanks..

Bad service quality and ive visited so many times only one billing counter is working always that makes the process slow and after that lesser staff take too much time to get the food even for takeaway and food quality please visit some other store and take some lessons

Its a nice place to have our meal. the interior of McDonald Naraina is beautiful. The people who work there they are friendly and corporate with all customers. Services are mind-blowing. I love to go there and most of the time I spent my time there to have my meal my best meal is Maharaja Burger. Its an awesome place to have a meal the upper part of McDonald Naraina is set for sitting and down area is for the counter and making the meal. The sitting area is so beautiful.

I visited today at naraina MC DONALD on 24.2.2025. I m really upset the toilet was so unhygenic,muddy floor with lot of urine all around. Foul smell n i slipped .u guys are responsible for that.Pot was full of potty. Toilet seat was so dirty all black stains .it was disgusting. No tissue no toilet roll. It was very unsafe to use .anybdy can carry all kinds of infection from thr. Its not expected from a multinational world wide restaurant chain.. Atleast you shud keep ur toilet clean to maintain you BRAND VALUE.It was worst than a road side washroom. no cleaning guy was thr.look into this and take immediate action for naraina MC DONALD outlet . I hv pictures of the toilet will write complaint to the health inspector of this area that is Naraina. And will mk sure that he will take necessary action against you guys.

Nicely maintained McDonald's restaurant with all the amenities in place. The staff was very quick and responsive. They also have a seating area upstairs which is quite spacious.One can order through the portal by scanning a barcode at the entrance or can order manually. Great place to grab a bite before you catch a movie at the nearby PVR theater. Great Job!!

Very bad food taste. AC not working. Foul Smell coming in sitting area. Worst macdonald outlet. Burnt wrap.
