Swades Vegetarian Restaurant (Karama)

We ordered food from here through Careem app. We ordered vegetarian curries like green mix veg, paneer and dal makhni, jeera rice along with naans and Tawa roti. They gave us complimentary salad. We enjoyed the food and quality was good too.

Food is good but if you're a spicy guy it will not satisfy you. But I feel like it's simple and healthy

So so... Costly, but a good option for vegetarian foods. Owner must rethink the prices.

Stopped by swades restaurant for a sweet and savory treat. They make their own delicious sandwich bread and paav, which we've been enjoying for years. We picked up some ready-made kulcha for a quick and easy meal. At only 5 AED per pack, it's a great option to heat up on the tawa at home.

Fantastic place to enjoy only Indian Chaat items. Dahi Bhalla was perfectly balanced with tamarind and green chutney along with beetroot. I ordered Punjabi Thali but Dal Makhni and Paneer dish were not upto the mark,didn't like it at all. Rajma Combo was also average as the rajma was hard to chew and digest. Fresh lime soda and Fresh milk karak tea were average in taste.

We went here on Friday afternoon to try the Gujarati thali . The menu was so vast that we ended up trying the thali, shrikhand puri combo, aloo paratha, dahi puri chaat , khandvi & some dry snacks like banana chips, gathiya etc ( the snacks were complimentary). From each variety in thali to Chaats & dry snacks everything was a hit. We got a take away done for many dry snacks. Totally worth visiting & value for money food & service. The prices are also very reasonable. They have an in-house bakery where buns & other bakery items are freshly baked. Do give this place a try if you haven't .

Sudden craving of hot masala tea with vada Pav? Then this place is for you . We were shopping and were dead tired. Needed hot cuppa masala tea but with proper indian taste. Found this gem and we are so glad we did We had tea with vada pav(spicy, tangy and very flavorful) Jalebi little sour but very crunchy and super yummy Super soft melt in mouth khandvi Overall it was good time. Will visit soon
