Bikanervala Barsha Heights, Tecom

This was our first time visiting Dubai, and we were pleased to see Bikanervala inside a building we came to visit. It's a 24/7 restaurant! The place had excellent menu options, really good taste and overall good quality of food. All items that we ordered were served hot and quick. We received good table service from Lovepreet.

Three days ago, I had a disappointing experience here. I went for dinner with my family of five. We ordered the signature Rajasthani thali and several other chaat dishes. The food was only satisfactory, and the service was very poor. I observed that there were only two staff members, despite the restaurant being full. The service was particularly disappointing. Given the large quantity of food we ordered, there were numerous bowls and plates that were not cleared promptly, making it difficult to eat with all the uncleared dishes cluttering the table (have attached pictures of the same). It is noteworthy that the Karama branch, in contrast, provided excellent service.

Went after a long time. Horrible food. Served stale bread. When asked for batata vada.. they served bonda cold as ice. No chutney no taste. Aloo tiki was not fresh nor hot. Not worth it. Their helpings are pathetic. Staff n kitchen staff not interested. Extremely bad experience. Even the samosa in their window looked stale. Some authorities need to look into them.

Al Barsha (TECOM) branch has very poor services and food is of below average. Staff is discriminatory to customers. Two tables ordering same food, however one table is being served and other one is given excuse that the menu item is not available. (It's not an isolated experience). Also, restaurant states it's open for 24 hours with reduced menu, however even from reduced menu of 10 items, they won't have many items. So, basically 24/7 is only for 2-4 items. Basic things like tea is not available. So completely false advertisement to fool people (especially if they are travelling from far with intention to get some nice food at night).

Must try their authentic chole battura. This outlet is open 24/7 and has a limited late night menu. Those combos are good and it will be great if chai is also included.

Just came around 1:30 and had an amazing night craving food , Chef Ajay was amazing and taste of the food was very good Ambience is amazing guys Keep it up ..

Was an amazing experience.Had a great time with bikaner.The staff was polite and attentive especially Lovepreet . Hope to visit soon

Today, we had chole bhature at Bikanervala in Barsha Heights, and it was extremely disappointing. Both the bhature and the chole were overloaded with soda, so much that it affected the taste and felt unhealthy. It was completely unhygienic and of poor quality. I genuinely feel the outlet either needs to seriously improve their food standards or be held accountable. It's unacceptable to serve such food to customers. I'm shocked that the health department isn't checking or addressing these issues.
