Tried the biryani at Biryani N More 2.0 and it was really nice and tasty. The flavors were well-balanced, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the aroma was spot on. Definitely a good place to satisfy your biryani cravings!

Tried the biryani from Biryani & more 2.0 and it was very nice and flavourful. Served with raita and cabbage salad, both of which went well with the biryani. I ordered the half portion, which came with one piece of chicken and a generous amount of biryani rice. If you want extra pieces, you can get them at an additional cost. Also tried the lime soda -- it was just okay. Overall, a tasty and satisfying meal, especially for biryani lovers.

Tasty biryani, and very pocket friendly. The only thing is it's always crowded. But a must visit place! Their biryani is fulfilling, and much on the more rice side, you get only one - two pieces of chicken in half plate but full plate you get around 3 the thing is that most people aren't able to finish the full plate so they prefer the half plate as it is cheaper and also in good quantity. There are many more things on the menu which you can try, like Manchurian, manchow soup and more!

Absolutely they serve the best biryani in town! My brother and I make it a point to visit at least once a month just to enjoy their perfectly spiced, aromatic, and flavorful biryani. Every bite is a burst of authentic taste, and the quality is consistently top-notch. The service is excellent, and the ambiance adds to the overall experience. If you're a biryani lover, this place is a must-visit! Highly recommended.

Extremely Poor Service and Unhygienic Conditions - Not Recommended at All I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we asked them about the menu, they remained completely silent and made no effort to assist us. As I started inquiring further, they began making loud noises by banging utensils on the biryani handi, which seemed like a deliberate attempt to ignore or irritate us. Despite waiting for a long time, our order was never served. When we politely asked about it, there was no proper response. Finally, we requested to cancel the order, and instead of handling the situation respectfully, the boy serving the biryani rudely said, "Yes, we're cancelling it," with a very disrespectful tone. Shockingly, he wasn't even wearing gloves while handling food, which raises serious hygiene concerns. To make matters worse, customers who arrived after us received their food while we continued to wait. Even after this long delay, we were told our dish wasn't prepared. As we were leaving the premises, another staff member suddenly said the dish was now ready. At that moment, the same boy who was serving the biryani commented in Hindi, "uppr udd'aao," suggesting they throw the food onto the roof - a highly unprofessional and offensive remark. The hygiene at this place is deplorable. There is a sewage area right next to the shop, and the foul smell constantly wafts into the restaurant, creating a highly unsanitary and uncomfortable environment. It's shocking that such a place is allowed to operate. The Food and Drug Administration should investigate and take strict action. To add to this, if you leave a genuine review, they try to deny your experience, as if all reviewers are making things up. This is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to customers who take the time to share their honest feedback. I highly recommend avoiding this place. The service is terrible, the staff is disrespectful, and the hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and choose a cleaner, more professional establishment.

Tried their biryani for just 120 and honestly, it was totally worth it -- flavorful, well-cooked, and satisfying for the price! Definitely a great budget-friendly option. However, the ambiance could use some work. The place feels quite small and cluttered, not ideal if you're looking to sit down and relax. Better suited for takeaway or a quick bite.

Hello Rohiny, Thank you for responding to my review. I appreciate that you took the time to write in detail. However, I must say your message feels more like a justification for everything that went wrong rather than a sincere apology. Since we have been frequent customers at your establishment, I feel it's important to clarify a few things from our side:- 1. Cleanliness Isn't Just What Meets the Eye Yes, your staff may wear hairnets or clean the tables, but food safety goes beyond surface level cleanliness. One of your staff was serving biryani without gloves, which is a basic hygiene protocol, especially in a food handling environment. Hats alone do not make it safe. It was disappointing to see such a casual approach to customer health. 2. Environmental Concerns Can't Be Ignored You mentioned a creek flowing nearby. But let's be honest what we saw and smelled was stagnant black water with a strong foul odor. The entire area reeked, there were multiple stray dogs, and despite your claim of fly traps, we encountered several houseflies around the food area. As a food outlet, the surrounding environment is part of the dining experience, and what we experienced didn't feel hygienic or comfortable at all. If dogs are gathering around the restaurant, it is your responsibility to report the issue to the local authorities not something to be brushed off. 3. Waiting Time & Lack of Communication You stated in your response that we were informed about the delay. That is not true. Nobody told us our order would take longer than usual. In fact, we were left waiting for over 30 minutes and not once did anyone come forward with an update or apology during that wait. We didn't complain we were patient. But after such a long time, we made the decision to cancel. It's extremely unfair to now suggest that we were told and still reacted poorly. 4. Rudeness & Disrespectful Behavior Cannot Be Normalized Let's talk about the most upsetting part the behavior of your staff. While we were giving our order politely and asking about the rates of some of the dishes he started banging the Handi in an aggressive manner. I know the banging is "Habitual" as this is not first time I am ordering biryani. This wasn't a routine kitchen act it was clearly meant to shut down our question and show irritation. Anyone standing there could have sensed the mood. When taking the order of a customer is it Habitual to ignore or make the banging sound ?? And after that, the comment about "throwing the starter on top" followed by laughing at us was not only disrespectful but downright unprofessional. You mentioned in your response that your staff is made up of freshers or uneducated individuals but being uneducated is not an excuse for poor manners or rude behavior. Basic decency and respect towards customers do not require formal education, just good training and management. 5. Regarding Your Comment on Reviews You questioned whether reviews can be trusted and mentioned that some customers write fake reviews under influence. Frankly, that part of your message was uncalled for. Instead of trying to discredit people's feedback, maybe it's time to reflect on why multiple customers might be reporting the same issues. We are giving you honest, direct feedback because we genuinely liked your food in the past and expected better. Please don't generalize or invalidate customer experiences just because they are negative. We are not here to spread hate or cause harm to your business. On the contrary, we have supported your restaurant many times before. But that doesn't mean we should tolerate substandard treatment. As a customer, all I expected was basic hygiene, decent behavior, and honest service. Sadly, none of these were present during our last visit. Your response, instead of owning up to the issue sincerely, seemed more focused on defending your staff and minimizing our experience. We hope you will take this seriously and make the necessary improvements in training, hygiene, and communication so no other regular customer feels as disappointed as we did.

Overall the biryani here is very yummy!! However, the seating should be increased as the waiting time is high at peak hours.
