Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Never bothered giving a negative review before but this is a place we like and frequent with family and friends so we had to give feedback so you can protect the USP of this place which is wholesome, fresh and authentic. We immidiately guessed the cook was new! The mango lassi tasted of sour curd and fermented / spoilt mangoes and was the most expensive of the items we ordered. The saboodana vada which we enjoyed previously here was bland and unsalted and undercooked. The green chutney which was fresh last time was watery and dark and clearly not fresh. The franckie was nothing like what we have had in Mumbai. This was spiced poorly and the chicken was bland. The dosa was again not flavourful at all. The peas in the masala of the dosa were undercooked and overall the spice and salt were off. Considering its a place we loved for its ambience and the really wholesome fresh and authentic snacks this was a major disappointment since we ( my sister and I ) were celebrating a milestone moment. The filter coffee and the dahi sev puri were the only saving grace since they didn't require any cooking. Please change the cook or train him because we would like to keep coming back.
The place is cozy clean and well kept. Parking available. Food was ok. Bombay vada pav was tasty. So was aaloo parata. Chole bature was not worth the price. Apart from being expensive, they add service tax to the bill. In the menu it is written optional. So check your bill carefully before paying.
Sadly not a good a good experience. Went based on recommendation as has special biriyani. Ordered a lassi which came but was not anything special watery and below what you can get from the local shops. Biriyani came which was dry and my wife who is a chef said it was yesterday's. No raita or the normal side sauce provided. So we returned it. 2nd attempt came much better but this time two big bones and very little a tusl meat. It was mutton so again fed back and then to add the final straw they bought out one piece of bone in a dish. At I believe 600rs for one dish we expected more. The service was also somewhat painful. Place is nice and maybe the other dishes maybe nice, but based on this experience we will not return sadly. I really don't like leaving poor reviews like this, but when we asked to talk to manager was advised he was too busy.... In addition I wanted a cappuccino but was advised machine not commissioned. The front of cafe staff were apologetic, but with so much competition in our opinion the food sadly didn't match the interiors and quality of the cafe based on our experience
Fantastic Experience The vibe here is amazing. I tried chhole bhature, thepla batetanu shak, sev puri, and coffee. The taste was superb, and they maintain excellent hygiene. The ambiance is also very nice. The charges are a bit high, but it's understandable to maintain their standard.
Cafe Mira is a cute place with pretty decor and aesthetic cutlery that adds to its charm. The Elaichi Tea was really good, with a nice cardamom flavor. The Ross Omelette good nothing exceptional. It's a great spot if you're looking for a cozy cafe to relax in, especially for a good cup of tea. The food is decent, but the lovely ambiance makes it worth a visit.
What a fantastic find this restaurant was.. We went there twice for lunch on our trip. The food was extremely tasty and well presented. The service was prompt and fast. Well done team. Keep it up
Visited this place for lunch during our visit. It has nice cool vibes and Ra (Radhika) of MiRa was very welcoming and also provided variety of suggestion from south to Mumbai special dishes. We tired lot of chats and have to say Pav Bhaji & Misal Pav were awesome. Chole and Rajma rice had homely taste and was very good!!!
Ordered Baida Roti and Idli. The taste was fine. I had ordered this via swiggy. Food is definitely pricey especially if you are ordering it just for the food. The prices may be justified for those who visit the place to experience ambience and service (could be, I never been there). Baida Roti was good. But Idli that cost 180rs tasted like any normal idli that would have cost me 40-60rs.
