Caravela Cafe And Bistro

Went here in March 2025 A cozy place at the entrance of Panjim. Nice vibe to it. We had the carrot cake with cream on top which was sublime. The cake was moist and smooth and the cream really went well with it. The prawn rissois were freshly made and hot, with a nice prawn and cheese filling , the best ones I have had till yet. The Pain au Chocolat was good as well, very chocolatey and soft. The chicken pesto croissant was the best, the chicken bits tender, and the pesto sauce with the lettuce complimented it very well. Would definitely recommend this. I had also tried their blueberry cheesecake on an earlier occasion which was heavenly. Would also recommend it. The only part I did not like was some local tourists coming to this nice place, ordering something nice and then completely WASTING the food (not eating it). It's was an insult to this awesome place and a total lack of civic sense. Be sensible people!!

I went here with a few of my friends. One of the best cafe is Panaji. We ordered some Goan and Portuguese delicacies. I have no words to describe how lovely the food was. This is the first place I ate from in Goa and the food was really good. I tasted chorizo for the first time and even Ross omlette. Staff were courteous and the ambience was also cool. There was no crowd and we spent a good part of the day just talking and munching.

Loved our experience. The cafe gives old Goa vibes. Loved our BF. Do try their Roce omelette omlette and Croissant pesto sandwich! The orange juice was rich and must've had at least 3/4 oranges squeezed. Quiet and beautifully lit place. Well mannered waiters and polite owner. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend!

A must visit cafe. Worthy of all the awards and prizes. Both dark and sweet coffee are amazing, and the cafe items are really fresh and tasty. Almost ended up trying the whole menu eventhough the family is vegetarian. Car Parking in walking distance. Clean washroom. Friendly staff

Food: Their cold coffees are best as recommended by one of my frd. I went there and was totally disappointed and felt embarrassed. Takeaway or eat in: they have some rule, if u order something to eat, then only ull be allowed to sit. If just beverages then u cant sit there. Me & my bro went there during summers in scorching heat, we bought coffee and the bistro was completely empty. They didn't allow, then just to have seat, i ordered 200-300 worth of cake, which was bad. I have ate best cakes from Theobrama and all. This was not upto the mark for the quoted price. Staff: See i am professional staying in blr, Goan by origin. Idk y the staff had to treat me like as if i can't afford anything over there. I felt bad that day, but i don't like to make scene. But yeah, they did their job as though they were doing favor on me. Like i came to take free service. Atmosphere: place has very great ambience, wont say anything bad.

Such a hidden gem !!! The pulled pork sandwich is just wow and the staff here is my favourite been here two years in a row and Mr Lawrence is just awesome !!! So hospitable and friendly I might go again just for him !!

I really liked this place. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Specially Ms. Fabula was so welcoming and friendly. Other staff members are also polite and friendly. We visited this cafe thrice. Once for breakfast and twice for evening snacks. Check out their coffee menu. Try iced coconut coffee. It was delicious. Also try apple pie. Ummm yummy. Loved the food here. The cafe has a warm and cozy feel, with beautiful decor pieces like antique collectibles, vintage items, and artistic showpieces. Soft music in the background makes the atmosphere even better. it is a lovely cafe in the colorful Portuguese Latin Quarter of Panjim, a historic area from the 15th century. The location is perfect, with many other cafes and bistros nearby. Parking can be tricky. Four-wheelers might struggle to find a spot. Two-wheeler parking is free on the street, but it gets crowded in the evening. Overall, a great cafe to enjoy a good meal or coffee in a peaceful and historic setting Time: 8 AM to 7.15 PM

It's a nice cafe located in Panji. Food is tasty. We tried their Caramel Latte, Lemon ice tea, Nutella strawberry pancake, Bombay Sandwich, Tandoori Paneer Pizza, Alfredo Pasta and Pesto Sandwich. Caramel Latte, Lemon ice tea, Nutella strawberry pancake and Bombay Sandwich are must try dishes. I liked it so much that I visited the cafe twice.
