A Pork Lover's Paradise in Caranzalem! If you're in Goa and craving an unforgettable pizza experience, look no further than Open Kitchen Pizzeria & Deli in Caranzalem. During my recent visit, I indulged in their Pork Overload Pizza, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The pizza boasted a perfect thin crust, baked to golden perfection, providing the ideal foundation for the generous layers of succulent pork toppings. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors, showcasing the kitchen's commitment to quality and taste. The use of whole wheat in the crust added a delightful nutty undertone, enhancing the overall experience. Beyond the food, the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff, led by the passionate owners exude hospitality, making every guest feel at home. Their dedication to creating a cozy and personalized dining experience is evident in every detail Whether you're a local or a traveler, Open Kitchen is a must-visit. Their diverse menu caters to all palates, but if you're a pork enthusiast, the Pork Overload Pizza is a dream come true. Highly recommended! Can't wait to return and explore more of their culinary offerings.

Jagman and his partner has created a quaint and beautiful spot in the middle of Panjim. This passion project has one of the - if not the - best pizzas in Panjim. Thier dessert offerings are all must-try. Tiramisu was hands down best we had in Goa. If you're in Panjim, give this place a visit. I believe they are closed on Tuesday. No direct parking is available for 4 wheeler. We're definitely coming back soon.

It's a nice cozy cafe, I was surprised that Open Kitchen and Calcutta Kabab Rolls is the same place, so I was inclined to try both. I had the Smashed Beef Burger - it looked great to look at, but it was COLD. It seemed that the ingredients had just been removed from the fridge (caramelised onions etc) and added to the burger, the party itself was cold and the bun was used as it is (not toasted). The melted cheese and the fries seemed to be the only warm ingredient. Maybe the staff was not expecting an order as I went there before dinner time, at around 6 pm. A big disappointment when the burger is for over 500 bucks. If this burger was hot, I'm sure it would have tasted great. Also tried the Bihari Beef Roll - the beef was cooked well and was juicy. The taste was nice, though the roll was a little dry for my palate - others may actually like it that way. The staff was friendly and it's a nice place to meet someone over lunch or snacks - if they do better at delivering quality for the price.

If you're looking for a pizzeria that serves great pizzas in Panjim, this is the spot to visit! We tried two different pizzas--the Pizza Blanc and the Chorizo topped with chocolate--and both came fully loaded with delicious fresh toppings. And the crust? OMG! As you can see, it's perfectly thick, just the way you'd want it. Another must-try is their pistachio ice cream! Sadly, it disappeared before I could take a picture, but trust me, it's absolutely delicious and a must-eat. And they have a gorgeous Orange-Chocolate cake! What's more Jagman and his wife have created a beautiful spot that is warm and inviting, with decor and service that makes you feel right at home. They personalised our burger bowl. :) And the next big winner for us, is that it is pet-friendly! Yup, not many of those in Panjim. So big big thumbs up for that too! Will I go back for more? Absolutely--their menu boasts a delightful variety of options and we've only tried 3. Highly recommend checking it out!

Open Kitchen in Caranzalem has a super cozy vibe--great for chilling, working, or hanging out with friends (pets are welcome too!). They serve up tasty pizzas, burgers, and desserts. The menu has both veg and non-veg options, with some great pork and beef choices. The Goan chorizo and pork overload pizzas are crowd favorites, but I was blown away by their grilled eggplant & feta cheese pizza--smoky and delicious! I also tried the peri peri chicken pizza and chicken burger, which were both spot on. For dessert, the orange cake and death by chocolate were freshly baked, moist, and the perfect end to the meal. If you're in Panjim, don't miss this place--highly recommend it!

Open Kitchen pizzeria (OK) is such a brilliant rare find - it's cute and inviting, with delicious food, at an affordable price, with owners and servers who care about their customers and are present and always helpful! The food was so delicious that we ended up over eating! They also make the pizzas half and half with different toppings if you want - that way you get to try more of their awesome menu! Our favourites were the chorizo pizza with shaved chocolate - a surprising but delicious combination! And we loved the Barbeque beef pizza and the bacon bomb pizza. Being a hard core non-vegetarian, I also surprising loved the aubergine and feta pizza - it was absolutely delicious! I would also highly recommend the pulled pork burger - and I'm waiting to go back to try the beef burger! (While we were there another guest ordered the beef burger and was raving about it!). We also really enjoyed the Tunisian almond and orange cake! Overall we had a great experience with fabulous food, lovely servers and hosts, and generous portions at great prices!

A gem I found, the place is really underrated, i tried their Margherita and it was great, the crust was really thin. And the brownie oh my god it's sooo tasty i ate two of them. The staff are really friendly and the place is really cute the ambience is great and the prices are very affordable.

Usually pizza even if bad, is good. But the pizza at Open Kitchen did not do the trick for me. The wheat base has a sour smell which hits you before anything else as you eat. We tried the veg pizza and the veggies were not baked properly - the rawness persisted. Alongside, we tried chicken keema bread which again had the smell and sweet keema. Positive is the view from their huge glass walls.
