Ambiance: - The ambiance of the restaurant is very good, making it a pleasant dining experience. Fish Thali Options: - There are different types of fish thalis priced at 200 and 349. - 200 Lepo Thali: - Included two sizable pieces of fish. - Felt worth the money. - 349 Chonak and King Fish Thali: - The fish pieces were small, making it feel less value for money compared to the 200 thali. Additional Items in Thali: - 200 Thali: Served with normal kokum kadi. - 349 Thali: Served with gulab jamun, kokum kadi made from syrup (served in a glass), and prawns dry (likely called kismuri). Gravy: - The gravy served in the thalis was amazing and flavorful. Other Dishes Tried: -Veg Biryani: Well-prepared and tasty. - Egg Fried Rice: Also good and satisfying. Overall Opinion: - The 200 thali felt more worth the price than the 349 option due to portion size and value. - The ambiance and food quality were impressive overall.

Tinge, Coastal Cuisine Restaurant, is the restaurant of Hotel Delmone. I feel that the restaurant is underrated as I found the food and service better than the crowd it manages to pull. Couple of years back we had stayed in the Hotel for good two weeks and used to have our meals in the restaurant. We visited the restaurant after five or six years and found the restaurant much the same. We were visiting the restaurant for dinner and were able to find a table quite easily. The decor is minimal and set up is simple. They have limited tables in the AC section and there are few more tables outside in the open area. It was a bit late in the evening, we ordered Malaysian Chicken, Singapori Rice Chicken and Dum Chicken Biryani. Malaysian Chicken and Singapori Rice Chicken were good and turned out to be a pleasant surprise, while, Biryani was just ok. The service was quick and prompt. They serve alcohol. Though it is a non veg restaurant but they do not serve pork and beef. It is located on the 18th June road and is very accessible as it is next to the road. During afternoon parking might be challenging though. I would recommend Tinge if you happen to be around and would like to try something other than other popular outlets. Newest fish thali spot in Panjim which serves this huge fish thali starting at just Rs 200/- and they have multiple options like bangdo, tarle, verle, lepo, prawns, kingfish and chonak also. In thali you'll get everything from fish curry, fish fry, tisryo, kismoor, solkadhi and dessert!! * Specialised in coastal cuisine they serve food from the various coastal regions of india. Do try their Kerala pepper chicken fry and prawns Koliwada * Ambience is classic and modern. They also serve cocktails, mocktails and other drinks as well

I had an excellent dining experience at Tinge. The waiters were friendly and attentive, and the food was exquisite. Their mutton curry was particularly delicious - definitely the best I've had! I also highly recommend trying their appam and the paneer tikka. Both were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this place for a great meal.

The ambiance is pleasant, and they serve papad as a complementary appetizer. The food is good; I ordered the veg biryani, which did not disappoint--the flavors were excellent. The kingfish thali was also enjoyable; the fish fry was tasty, and the curry had a nice flavor. The inclusion of gulab jamun as a dessert in the thali made it a wholesome meal. Overall, it's a good place to dine in.

#goafood #customerexperience - Address - Ground floor, Hotel Grande Delmon, Caetano de Albuquerque Rd, Near Municipal Market, Panaji, Goa 403002. When in Goa, do as the Goans do. Eat...Drink...and Make Merry But don't limit yourself just to the seafood. Goa has lot more to offer from around the globe. And TINGE in Panji is one such place which takes you on a culinary journey with a perfect blend of delicacies from Goa, Malwan, Kerala, Andhra, Tamilnadu, Bengal. It is a flavourful journey across the coastal belt of India with a perfect combination of spice mix. Simple yet elegant decor. A place to spend time with your loved ones. The delectable fare unfolded by the chefs is not to be missed. Here are some of the dishes we relished. Do try it if you choose Goa as your next holiday destination. And as I always say #SatisfactionGuaranteed

This place defines the phrase "Don't judge a book by its cover." perfectly. The food is not only extremely delicious but also quite reasonably priced. Service is great and the pace of arrival of food to your table is quite quick. The staff maintains a clean environment and a good friendly behaviour. Loved it. Would visit again. 10/10

If the taste of curry leaves and the rich aroma of steaming hot biryanis entices you and if that sounds like a perfect treat, you have every reason to visit the Biryani Festival at @tingerestaurant in Hotel Delmon in Panjim. The place is heaven for coastal food lovers. I actually waited for the fishing ban to end to go there. The Fish Koliwada (Chonok) was fresh and just melted in the mouth. The dish originates and is inspired from kitchens of the Kolis or the fishermen of the Maharashtra region. What's coastal food without a bit of Kerala and Mangalore in it? The Chicken Kerala pepper fry was so succulent perfect tinge of Spicy. The Prawns Ghee roast masala was beautifully aromatic but a bit on the sweeter side. Would have preferred it a bit spicy. Went well with Aapams tho. Last but not the least the Biryani's were much better than my expectations. Each portion serves 2-3 people. The Chicken Goli Biryani is basically Chicken meat balls cooked with the Biryani instead of Chicken pieces. The Salan that came with it was different from anything I've ever tried. The Kashmiri Mutton Biryani was loaded and more on the wetter side, just how I like my Biryani - Wet Every dish is worth its price interms of quality and quantity. So head in to @tingerestaurant and enjoy the delicious Biryanis & coastal cuisine.
