Absolutely terrible experience! The service was painfully slow--felt like they forgot we existed. When the food finally arrived, it was bland, cold, and completely lacking salt or any flavor. The staff seemed indifferent, and the overall atmosphere was dull and unwelcoming. A complete waste of money--wouldn't recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

NEVER ORDER PARCEL or HOME DELIVERY FROM HERE! Last time when we had food in their hotel(Dine in) it was fine. So this time we decided to take a parcel. But it's my honest feedback today that the food was totally crap! The curry had a strong fungal smell as if they used a damaged coconut and made it over spicy, the mackerel fish were not seasoned well and they forgot to add salt in it. The shells had no flesh in almost all of it..it was just the masala and uncleaned sand! They said it will take 10 minutes but I waited almost 30 minutes for parcel. Even then, I am sure for delivery they used unhygienic ingredients and kept less focus in cooking as hardly people come back with feedback when home delivered or parceled. We had to throw away most of the food. This was not expected and I thought it's best to provide my feedback here for all to know more than calling and informing them as it would simply end with a sorry.

Food, Service and Ambience was good. Order took a good amount of time to get served, even though we had ordered mostly fish thalis which usually are pre-ready. But apart from that it was a good overall experience.

I Took * lemon soda - it needed more lemon squeezed into it * chicken Angara kabab - chicken was cooked tender but marination was not proper and lacked taste * chicken banjara masala - this was actually good. Recommended * cheese garlic Naan - cheese is sprinkled not stuffed but taste was good. Worth the price * Tandoori roti - as expected Apart from lemon soda and kabab rest everything was good. Waiter was knowledgeable and service was prompt. I think the restaurant need a few more days to streamline as they opened recently.

Worst biryani ever tasted so far. Fish wasn't fresh and could be easily noticed since it was deep fried. The prices are too expensive as compared to others in the market.

Loved the food and ambience also. The guy who was serving us (Pinaki Das) was a gentleman.

Very tasty food and co-operate staff and view and good looking architecture

The location is ideal for a restaurant, but the food quality needs significant improvement. The biryani rice was overcooked, and the gravy dishes lacked flavor. The owner might want to consider hiring a new chef to enhance the dining experience.
