Customer Reviews & Testimonials

Bored of regular joints, went to Cafe Tato on Sunday to have a fish thali. To my disappointment no fish thali on Sunday. I don't know how the owner can do this to its already depreciating business. So we went for Chinese instead. Ordered Manchow soup, Schezwan fried rice and semi gravy chilly chicken. When asked the waiter about suggestions, he asked me to check menu. Food quality ordinary, chilly chicken was sweet, I mean how??? Was expecting better from a popular hotel chain of Goa. Especially when you are commanding prices which are on the higher side. My experience was synonymous with their dwindling business in the Vasco unit

Got in for a Quick Evening Snack . Delicious food, Bombay pav bhaji was super delicious. Buns also very good, did not feel like oily the sheera and Dahi wada. Always recommended even their restaurant fine dining is great option.

Nice place to visit with family. Good quality food and decently priced. The waiters were Goans and knew they're cuisine and had some wonderful suggestions. We had tomato soup, crispy chicken, squids golden, mutton and naans. Will definitely visit again if I'm in Vasco

The spices lend an overpowering flavour to the dishes. Food costs are lil on the expensive side.

I ordered puri bhaji and cutlet. Both without salt and cutlet was not cooked properly. I thought like other branch the food here wil be good but it was worst. TATO owner please look into it. Restaurant is all about taste with no taste it's useless.

I had the pleasure of discovering this hidden gem of a cafe recently, and it's safe to say that it exceeded all my expectations. The star of the show - their Pav Bhaji. It's not just a dish; it's a revelation. The buttery goodness is beyond compare. The flavors were rich, and the consistency was spot on. It was like a warm, comforting hug for my taste buds. The rest of the Goan snacks on their menu were equally impressive. The samosas were crispy and filled with flavorful goodness. Besides the cosy atmosphere and the delicious food, is the friendly and attentive staff. They go out of their way to ensure that every guest feels valued and well taken care of. Must visit.

Went here to try out the South Indian breakfast cuisine this time. We ordered Masala Dosa, Cheese Onion Uttapam and Veg Cutlet. Masala Dosa was the one of the best I tasted till date . Veg Cutlet was the worst and would never recommend it, It had stale veggies and was tasteless. Even the sambar was bit sour, not sure the reason for it. Never expected this from such a well known cafe chain.

This cafe is known for their breakfast service. Sadly, I didn't quite like their lunch dishes. I had ordered a veg thali, veg hakka noodles and fresh lime water. Veg thali was lacking in taste, there wasn't anything good in it. The noodles were very oily and nothing great about it. The fresh lime water was good. If you visit this cafe, do try their breakfast or explore other lunch dishes.
