I had amazing experience. Food was amazing , hospitality was awesome. Service by himanshu was exceptional. Variety of dishes.

Staff behavior is very unprofessional. We gave theme our cake for cut and to serv us but they mashed whole cake. Also found hair in dal rise which can be seen in photo.

Feedback on My Experience at Your Restaurant I recently contacted your restaurant for a dinner reservation for a group of 15 people. The contact person, Feroze Qureshi (as identified via Truecaller), mentioned your seating capacity was 50-60 and advised me to reserve a table. However, my experience from the initial enquiry to the dinner itself was disappointing. When I first called, I was told I would receive a callback in 30 minutes, but no one got back to me. After waiting an hour, I called again, and Mr. Qureshi stated that unless I was finalizing the booking, he could not commit to reserving a table. I offered to pay in advance and requested a QR code to proceed. He mentioned he would be unavailable due to Namaz, so I respected his request and messaged him instead. However, despite seeing my messages, he didn't respond. When I followed up again later, he rudely responded: "Mera daily ka 1500 logo ka chalta hai, aap 15 log ke liye itni enquiry kar rahi hain. Call pe call, message pe message. Aapko aana hai toh book karva lijiye." This behavior was completely unprofessional, as I had only called twice and messaged twice to confirm necessary details, including whether Jain food was served. Despite his attitude, I went ahead and booked, putting everything aside. Unfortunately, the dining experience was equally disappointing: Service: It was extremely slow. We had to wait 10-15 minutes for every request. Cake Service: We asked for the cake to be cut and served on plates, but the staff refused. Instead, they served the cake in ice cream cups, which was unacceptable. Food Quality: The naan was served cold, and we even found a strand of hair in the dal. When we pointed this out, the staff simply said, "Nayi daal banva deta hu," as if this was an ordinary occurrence. Overall, this experience was highly unsatisfactory. The rude behavior during the booking process, the slow and subpar service, and the lack of basic hygiene make it impossible for me to recommend your restaurant to anyone. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving both your customer service and food quality.

Totally awesome ambiance. Food quality is so good . Staff and Service is also good. So many choices of food available and also you can go for the buffet. Suitable for group parties .

Zero hospitality.Managers are hopeless and doesn't care about customers or hotel revenues. I think old managers are just concerned with their salary, revenue doesn't matter to them

Delicious food and very nice service provided and nice ambience

Was wondering a lot and finally googled the meaning of Aureate - El Dorado. - A fabulous place with grandiloquent style. Rightly resembling the ambience. Took the buffet dinner for which it is know for, and it turned out pretty good. The '8 Veggies Soup' was new and tasted perfect. Starters were also very good (crispy veg and papdi tikki) Baked Macroni and Noodles were also cooked perfectly. Everything is made with special care, and is felt very light on stomach. Fried Rice is excellent and a must-have here. Overall, good food with great quality and service. Will definitely visit again !

Very slow service. Waiter keep gossiping rather focusing ln orders or customer. Food is of very poor quality.
