CHA is a delightful gem! Their sushi is absolutely amazing--fresh and flavorful. The noodles with gravy are also offer a perfect balance of rich taste and comfort. A must-visit for anyone craving great food in a cozy atmosphere!

The food was average, and the hygiene was downright unacceptable. Service was lackluster, but the worst part was witnessing cockroaches crawling out of the sofas while we were eating. When I brought it to the staff's attention, their response was disturbingly indifferent. I left feeling disgusted and deeply let down.

If you're a fan of Oriental cuisine, Cha is a must-visit in Ahmedabad! I've been here four times, and each visit has been a gastronomic delight. The food is nothing short of a 10/10, offering the best Oriental flavors in the city. Some of my favorites include the Prawn Green Soup, which is rich and flavorful, the Spicy Chicken Dim Sum, which is perfectly spiced, and the Red Chapter in Sichuan Sauce, a dish bursting with authentic flavors. Their Crispy Prawns and Cha Special Spicy Fried Rice are also outstanding and absolute must-tries! However, as much as I adore their food, their service leaves a lot to be desired. They seem unprepared during busy hours and struggle to manage the crowd. Service is consistently late, and basic necessities like water are not provided unless specifically requested. The staff often seems rushed and inattentive, lacking the courtesy and friendliness you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. While the food is undoubtedly top-notch, I hope they address their service issues soon to provide an all-around great dining experience.

It was a great experience! I got a coupon and decided to try the food here, and I'm glad I did. The taste was completely different from what I'm used to. At first, it was a bit confusing since I'd never tried it before, but once I started, it was delicious. The food is worth the price, and the atmosphere is amazing. The staff was helpful, guiding me through the order as it was my first time trying this kind of food. I'd love to share a photo of the dish I had.

Cha is located on the 4th floor of Palladium mall in ahmedabad. They have seating both inside the restaurant and in the middle walk area as well. The ambience is nice and cozy with those cherry blossom sticks on each table adding up to it. Service is not good. You literally have to wait a long time to communicate with any of their staff members and that is not because they are packed up. That is only because they all tend to stand at the entrance with their back towards the restaurant. No idea how that helps but as a customer that was quite annoying. Now coming to food I have been their a couple of times and had the opportunity to try out a few things. Their soups were very flavoursome. You can feel the crunch of veggies and the protein is always well balanced and very fresh. Dimsum: we have tried almost 3 to 4 varieties of non veg dimsum although they were good but they don't make you feel like you want to try some more. I personally felt they were too bland. Open Bao: Definitely not up to the mark. Very dry and lacks enough flavour. Appetizer: We had their crispy prawn in Schezwan sauce. Prawns were nice and fresh and this would have been a nice dish but there was way too much salt in it to eat with satisfaction.

While the reviews made it sound awesome I felt the service was sub-par and the food was alright. The Pina colada was delicious but the rest was not as good especially considering the price

I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary journey. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a warm ambiance and impeccable service. The food was simply outstanding, with the sushi and dimsums being the highlights of the menu. If I were to offer any suggestion for improvement, it would be to consider lowering the background noise slightly. While it didn't detract from the overall experience, a quieter ambiance would enhance the dining atmosphere even further.

The chef cooks everything deliciously, especially the sushi. As a tourist, it's hard to find non-vegetarian food here, but I came back to eat here twice because every dish was flavorful and tasted great.
