Comfy Restaurant

Such a comfy place to visit. Perfect for Family dinning. It is not too expensive and the food quality is just amazing... Must try Dish and my Favorite - Crispy Threaded Paneer... I just love it...Its so tasty and such an addition to Chinese cuisine.. Definitely try it out... you wont regret it...!

The food tastes really bad. Even for the price there are plenty of other places which serve better taste. Additionally the staff is absolutely pathetic and slow and cold. They give a damn to customers and feel as if they are doing some kind of favour to you by serving you food. Worst service provided. Even after telling them to make the rotis and paratha soft , the roti served was too hard and cold.

The dishes ordered were flavourful and hot. They have long curtains contemporary interior. The tables are good too. You will see large glass doors dividing the restaurant floor in two halls. There are long waiting periods during festivals, holidays and weekends. You might find parking space issue with car.

I have been here for few times but the experience is very good. Today I have attended a function of my friend, Banquet ambience is very good, air conditioning, banquet space, lighting, interior, chairs and cleanliness is very good at all. Yes, the biggest point of attraction - Food is very good in taste, quality and serving. People nereby this restaurant can at least visit here once if they are planning for any function. It has a capacity of more than 500 guests. Photos attached.

Banquet is good. Small for 200 peoples. Food taste is awesome. Just staff's patience is required otherwise all thing is good. They provide the complementary desert if you celebrate your birthday there.

For unlimited dinner Usually i prefer Sp ring road hotels .. i don't from no where i thought lets try comfy and when i went there on last Sunday per head i have paid 355 (1400+ for 4 person ) and guess what there was no table and plastic chair with cover and no waiter for serving [3 chef with counter for pakodi , fridge rice , jalebi , Dosa ] . its like i m attending some one's function or marriage . I must say such kind of model will definitely help hotel to gain higher revenue with less efforts however it will give 0 customer retention . I would it was my first and last visit (Note : there was heavy crowd i even didn't get a chair .. clicker those pics at the end thats way there is no crowd ) Food : 1/5 Service: -10/5 [ Minus point ] Seating : -10/5 [ minus Point ] Car parking : 2/5 [ parked car on Road ]

Best food , best ambience. The food is soo good that i am going to this place since i was 10 years old and always get the best quality

It's so much spacious, tasty food , solo i couldn't finit paneer Nizami nd lassi It's got best dessert I ever had so tasty
