Essence All Day Dining

I recently visited Essence at The Crowne Plaza for their dinner buffet. The taste of the food is good, but nothing extraordinary. While the flavors are pleasant, they don't particularly stand out or leave a lasting impression. It's reliable and satisfying but lacks that extra wow factor one might expect from a high-end buffet. One area where Essence could improve is the variety of choices, especially in the vegetarian section. The options are somewhat limited, which might leave veg lovers wanting more. However, the non-vegetarian options seemed to have a bit more variety. There's a good amount of desserts to choose from, which is always a plus. Yet, despite the variety, none of the desserts really stood out as exceptional. They are decent but not memorable. The ambience of the restaurant is okay. It provides a comfortable and pleasant dining environment, but it doesn't have any distinctive features that set it apart. It's a nice place to have a meal, but the atmosphere isn't particularly unique or impressive. Overall, I'd give Essence at The Crowne Plaza 4 stars. It offers a good dining experience with tasty food and a comfortable setting. However, there's room for improvement in terms of variety and standout dishes, especially in the dessert section and vegetarian options. If you're looking for a reliable buffet with a pleasant atmosphere, Essence is a good choice. Just don't expect to be blown away.

The Sunday brunch has a good spread. The variety offered is good and most of it flavoursome. The deserts as well as drinks are low on sugar, sometimes taking away from the taste, especially Indian mithais. The service is good. Sometimes, there is live music which adds to the experience but needs to be at a lower volume so the customers can also carry their conversations.

Food, Service and ambiance all are great. We went for breakfast and options are really nice though one cannot have everything but they have curated menu quite impressively. Quality of food is also nice I just got disappointed with fresh fruits option and some muffins they were not so fresh. One dessert I loved is chocolate pudding.

Very good - Excellent space , ambience , food. Loved space and food. We use to love fortune landmark breakfast , this time got very good alternate.while staff still needs some training , overall very good experience. Manager heading essence good seasoned person. All good.

A "must go" place if you are in the area and want to explore some fine dining options. The restaurant is nestled inside the Crown Plaza hotel, which makes it furthermore convenient. Right from the hostess to the servers go beyond the mile to ensure your comfort. The food options and taste is great. Thanks "Gautam - Sue Chef" for the special hospitality

Delicious food and good portion sizes. The order was taken by Aval, who was very polite and suggested good dishes to accomodate dietary restrictions.

Essence is truly one of a kind. I've never very been to a place with such exquisite delicacies. Props to the wonderful staff too, especially Kimaya, who was very helpful. I would totally recommend this place and come again!!
