I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Handi Restaurant was so shockingly poor, I feel obligated to warn others. The food might be passable and the staff inside were genuinely helpful and polite--but unfortunately, the entire visit was ruined by the sheer rudeness and unprofessionalism of the receptionist, Shaileshbhai. From the moment we arrived, his attitude was dismissive, arrogant, and downright disrespectful. He spoke to us like he was doing us a favor by letting us enter the restaurant, with zero manners or basic courtesy. When we asked simple questions about the table or the wait time, he answered with sarcasm and an air of superiority that was both offensive and embarrassing. It's baffling how someone like him is the face of the restaurant, especially when the rest of the staff is clearly trying their best to provide a good experience. While the waiters were warm and accommodating, Shaileshbhai seemed determined to make customers feel unwelcome. It was like the staff was trying to build something good--and he was standing at the door with a sledgehammer. If Handi Restaurant cares even a little about its reputation, it seriously needs to reconsider who it puts at the front. Until that happens, I strongly urge everyone to stay far away. There are plenty of better places to eat--places where basic human decency isn't optional. #Never_going _back_Ever.

Best service and food Employee are very hard nd fast service best service

After couple of years we revisited the place with the hope that it would have improved, but again we were wrong. 1. Parking issue: the don't have any kind of parking space. We need to park our vehicle on road at our own risk., that too far from the place. 2. Unhygienic wash area. Even the water supply was off. We have to ask the owner at least thrice to help us with the water supply. 3. We had a friends family gathering, including kids. The very first item they served was soup. Out of 10 soup bowls we found insects, bugs in 2-3 bowls. Very very disappointed with the food quality.

Always a lip-smacking experience to visit Handi Restaurant , either for lunch or dinner. The preparations are carefully made, less oily, tasty and healthy options are offered , season-wise. I always recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Punjabi taste.

Was old customer of This restaurant but this time it was bad experience. Service is too slow and one of the manager doesn't have idea that Some of the Sabji have same gravy so it's their duty to tell that both are same gravy. And main course food quality is not good it is so acetic. Need to improve the quality of food Giving one star because Starter was very good Veg crispy rolls. Interesting things is once we finish the dinner then i notice waiter's behaviour. He was in angry mood and like throwing the glass on hard manner . Not sure why but it feel like he is not satisfied with the tip.his face is really different. Overall bad experience.

Today I visited Handi Restaurant with my wife. It was really very bad experience with me. the Quality of food is very bad, I found 2 stone in rice & dal fry so I personally very unhappy with this worst restaurant. I will never visit again & I personally recommend you to not visit this restaurant again if you want to protect your teeth.

Nice restaurant nearly 800 metres away from Sabarmati ashram. Ambience is good. Service was quick. We ordered 2 thalis. Food was excellent and tasty. I would recommend for good vegetarian food. Waiting time during weekdays was 10 minutes. Spent 400 for 2 thalis a'nd fresh lime juice.

This is the best place for eating healthy and testy North Indian food.Maintain good hygiene.Management is also too good......U can enjoy all time whenever u go there.......
