Hocco Eatery (Wide Angle)

The service experience was disappointing--despite mentioning our order multiple times, it was neither taken properly nor confirmed by the captain. This happened more than once, which was quite frustrating. Waiting for too long. That said, the food quality was genuinely good. I would definitely recommend trying the Chole-Poori--it stood out as a highlight of the meal. The ice cream dishes were also enjoyable; no complaints there. Additionally, there's a washroom conveniently located nearby inside the Wide Angle theatre, which is helpful for visitors.

I've been visiting Hocco Eatery for a couple of years now, and while the food has generally been good, the service has degraded significantly. During my latest visit, we ordered the Chhole Bhature, which is usually their best dish. However, the bhature were a bit cold and not served hot as expected. The Corn Cheese Wrap was good, though, and saved the meal from being a complete disappointment. What really ruined the experience was the service. We had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes before a waiter approached us, and even then, it took asking 3 to 4 times before he took our order, despite his assurances that he would be with us shortly. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Hocco Eatery needs to seriously address these service issues to retain loyal customers. Two stars for the decent food, but the poor service makes it hard to recommend this place anymore.

We ordered 2 items and one of them was Amtritsari Paratha. We were disappointed with the quality so we asked them to change and the fresh one's quality was as same as the one we asked for change. We talked about this and the response was like this is how the Paratha should be. Now look at the attached photos and judge the quality yourself. I have also attached a copy of bill here for you to verify the place and date.

Let me share my experience here, in short it was really bad and not appetizing at all! I ordered sandwich and there was hair in it, I thought okay it happens sometimes the important thing is that he took it back apologetically. But, then there was also another hair in my pav bhaji as well, WHAT!? The service is very bad! And staff are very inattentive and they don't have answers for any of this Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of hair as I was in the state of disgust. Really bad experience, not coming back here.

This specific hocco eatery is big & airy. Place was clean when we visited. Service was quick. Chana puri had a proper authentic hocco taste. We ordered ice cream Sunday as well, which was delicious. Prices are reasonable. Parking is the big problem here.

Newly launched paratha and biryani is a superb Paratha will come with desi butter that tastes awesome as well crispy like the tawa paratha. The lucknowi paneer Biryani was too good woth proper layers and gravy style.. Must Try

Totally un hygienic cutlery used, yesterday 21 April 25 we had dinner with 5person ,total bill was 1409 rupees, my guest ask for spoon, waiter ignore him, so when my guest picks own, he saw that waiter is serving used spoon wipe tissue paper, my guest shout on him, he said sorry, than my guest washing in washbasin himself..but our mood was off.. hocco eatery charge huge amount, but serving bad , don't go there pls

They add mayonnaise to their pizza.. The standard of hocco from havmor has fallen quite significantly.. Choice has still maintained their flavour and atleast they don't use mayonnaise without mentioning it in the menu and use real cheese. Staff also refused to take the pizza back and give a replacement.
