I'm extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at Pepper Fusion in Ahmedabad. The staff's behavior was unacceptable, and I'd like to share my frustrating encounter. Upon visiting the restaurant, I was shocked when the staff told me, "You're not on the roadside, so we can't serve you there." This comment not only felt insulting but also made me question the restaurant's customer service standards. *My Review:* - *Food Quality:* Although I've heard great things about their dishes, I didn't get to try them due to the staff's behavior. - *Service:* Unprofessional and rude. The staff's comment about not being on the roadside was unnecessary and unwelcoming. - *Ambiance:* I didn't get to experience it fully, but the restaurant's overall atmosphere seems pleasant based on online reviews. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - *Staff Training:* Focus on providing exceptional customer service, emphasizing respect and empathy towards customers. - *Clear Communication:* Ensure that customers understand the restaurant's policies and services without feeling belittled or unwelcome. It's unfortunate that my experience was marred by poor service, as Pepper Fusion has potential based on its menu offerings and ambiance. I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and works towards improving its service standards

"I ordered tomato soup at this restaurant, but it was extremely disappointing. The taste was terrible, and there was no balance of spices. The service was also poor. The staff wasn't very friendly, and the service took quite a long time. I wouldn't recommend this place. If you're looking for good food and service, this restaurant isn't the one for you."

Need high improvement on quality of service provided. Very rude staff behaviour. If such continues the restaurant images will go for a toss only due to staff. Please work on training your staff so that they are empathetic towards customers.

Ambience is good here. We ordered Cheese paprika soup, Chatpata papad cone, Broccoli Cheese nuggets, and Lasagne. Taste is awesome. Cheese paprika soup was the best.

We saw google reviews and went to the place... but feel it is over reviewed... Even google reviews says it is reasonably priced - but even their menu prices are same as normal restaurants in Ahmedabad... would say its not reasonable they are also charging high as compared to their ambiance which is below average for the prices they are charging.. Coming to food - Bun Soup - too less in quantity, Broccoli soup - didn't find much appreciable , Pizza Paratha - not at all eatable and Punjabi Subji was okay. Apart from subji roti, we didn't find this for revisiting this place... felt like should not have visited this place..

My mother and I went out for dinner and were the first customers to arrive. When I ordered a mocktail, I was informed that it was unavailable. Later, when I ordered dessert, I was disappointed to find that none of the listed options were available--only vanilla ice cream, which is easily available outside. If certain items were unavailable for the time being, the restaurant should have either updated the menu or informed customers in advance. Additionally, I had to request a change of spoons twice because they were not properly washed. To make matters worse, small insects like mosquitoes were flying around the food, constantly distracting us and forcing us to keep them away while eating. The overall experience was quite disappointing.

Worst ever experience at the restaurant. Staff behaviour was extremely rude with customer. Badmouthing customers which is such a suprise and not exceptable is hospitality industry. Will never recommend anyone to visit this patheic place. Would suggest Kindly hire and train quality and educated staff or else the restaurant image will be shredded. Never coming back to this place .
