Ripples - The multicuisine Restaurant

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Ripples today. I was dining with my team for lunch, and we all left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The service was terribly slow. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. Several of the dishes we ordered were incorrect, and the staff seemed unconcerned about the safety of their customers. Overall, my experience at Ripples was overwhelmingly negative. The service was slow and inattentive, the food was mediocre, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. I would strongly discourage anyone from dining at this establishment. I hope this is more helpful!

Very rude staff... So was manager... Kumar gyan Ranjan was the Manager and he didn't even tried to resolve the issue at hand..

It's a counter which is part of Avalon Hotel. The hotel & restaurant both r having Very Nice ambience. Except when there is function in Avalon, the restaurant is Less croudy. Offers Punjabi & Global Cuisines. But I would suggest Punjabi Food. It's a rear combination where all the Options in Menu seems worth. Small concern is very less option for Children. It's a place to be.

I have experienced the worst of worst customer service in ripples restaurant. I have ordered around 8 o'clock and I have received the food around 9 o'clock. There were only four to five families for dinner then also so there was poor service. There were only two waiters present who takes the order who serves the food and do everything therefore the quality of service and customer experience was the worst. I have spoke to the manager but his response was also poor. The taste of food was good but when you get such a one star or rather zero star customer service then the overall experience of dine-in becomes poor. Also the waiter was not wearing mask. I would never suggest anyone to go for dine in at ripples restaurant. I thought that it was restaurant of Avalon hotel so it might be having a good customer service experience but the first time visit was very very poor.

Hii! Had a chance to visit Ripples restaurant in Avalon hotel. On my visit I was given a glass of water. The glass was not washed and I asked them to replace the glass. The second glass again had the similar problem. I ordered black coffee which was again given to me in not so clean ceramic cup. I haven't tried the food but with these two incidents, I forgo my dinner plan.

Visited this place for dinner. The ambiance and place is really amazing. Food was average. Yes, It was fresh but taste wise it was average. We ordered Rice and Daal Fry at the end. The rice was not cooked properly and they changed it. But they serve same uncooked rice again.
