Visited this restaurant after 5-7 years just to have barbeque Didn't know they had only few options like paneer, aloo , cauliflower So first disappointment was that they did not have mushroom, broccoli or pineapple Opted for unlimited meal for dinner on Sunday Best part? Baked dish Service in terms of staff being quick & polite and making efforts - overall really good But the worst part? Found 3-4 ants on our table while having our meal The manager removed it by using table cloth They should definitely maintain good hygiene Cannot visit the restaurant ever again!

On 30th December 2024, our group of adults and kids visited Saffron Restaurant for dinner and opted for their unlimited buffet. However, our experience was severely marred by a shocking incident. To our utter surprise and dismay, we found a live insect in the macaroni served to us. We immediately brought this to the staff's attention, and while they apologized profusely, it raised serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards. Although we chose not to escalate the issue or file an official complaint--considering their apology and the festive season--we felt it necessary to share this review to caution others. Hygiene is a non-negotiable aspect of dining, especially in a buffet setting where multiple dishes are exposed to varying conditions. To anyone planning to visit this place, we strongly advise ensuring the food is clean and up to standard. This experience left us disappointed, and we hope the management takes necessary steps to address such critical lapses in the future.

Very poor service AC not working Also while lunch a lady came in and asked for chanda(donation) and staff members didn't say anything about it, what a pathetic service Also food quality is not up to the mark Very bad quality, not acceptable from a very respected food chain brand It is like they serve leftover food

Unfortunately, my experience at this was disappointing. The food was not good The atmosphere was noisy, Air conditioning was not working,uninviting. And the service was slow, inattentive. I was hoping for a much better dining experience. * Food: The barbeque was undercooked, oversalted and very bad quality" * Atmosphere: The restaurant was too loud, making it difficult to have a conversation. Wonderful place with suitable ambiance and perfect food quality will definitely melt your heart The place is suitable to have your loving one with u for lunch or dinner. Unlimited cuisine option may give u more comfort and time for your partner. And the taste can make u smile together Foody lovers with wishing perfect ambiance must visit this place once

Considering a Sankalp franchise, we visited place, disappointed after seeing menu size. Only punjabi ane more towarda barbecue menu was driven. Taste of punjabi sabji was not like a standard restaurant, it was full of green spices which lead us to leave a good portion of it behind. Surely not of my list.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Saffron! The ambiance was warm and inviting, the service was top-notch, and the food was simply outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Will definitely be coming back!

Good Food, Good Place Nr. Pakwan Cross Road, we celebrated Office friend here, we ordered unlimited Lunch and everything was at point except the soup served in the starting, other than that, Starter, Sizzler, Main Course, everything was good! taste and quality both are very good!!!
