The Great Kabab Factory, Radisson Blu, I visited The Great Kabab Factory for their non-veg buffet on a Saturday evening and had a delightful experience. The starters were the highlight - flavorful, well-cooked, and served hot at the table. The variety was impressive, especially the seek kebabs and Galouti kebabs, though the fish fry was a letdown due to excess salt. The ambience was calm and surprisingly uncrowded for a weekend, adding to the comfort of the dining experience. The live music featuring tabla and veena created a pleasant, soothing atmosphere. While the starters stole the show, the main course left room for improvement. There was only one non-veg gravy option and mutton biryani, which felt limited for a buffet of this caliber. Expanding the non-veg main course selection would enhance the overall experience. Still, for the quality of food and ambience, this place is definitely worth a visit. Would recommend for meat lovers!

Amazing food! The unlimited non-veg buffet was delicious. The Galouti Kebab and Chicken Malai Tikka were outstanding. Great ambience, and the live music was the perfect touch.

We visited the Great Kebab Factory at Ahmedabad n had a great experience with some lipsmacking gaulati kebab, chicken malai tikka n mutton sheek ..... The staffs are very courteous n helpful ... Special mention to Restuarant Manager Sandip, Suman who attended us with great care and ensured that we get what we wanted and Chef Kartik made some awesome kebabs Light music great ambience!! It was our anniversary and the Team gifted us some wonderful memories Thank you !! Keep up the good work Certainly the place demands a revisit

Awesome family restraunant! Very peaceful and relaxing ambience. Delicious veg and non veg food with very polite and cooperative staff. Must visit with your family and friends! Staff members on survice madam imtikumla and madam wun were excellent with their work and survice. Chief Aman did a great job with the most delicious food I have ever had!

The taste, ambiance and variety was good. Never had such amazing galouti kabab in my life. Little disappointed with their service and desserts. Service was slow, Starters were served too slow but the taste was good. Overall I had a great experience. Will surely visit again.
