Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Tried butter chicken and rice at the restaurant, it tastes so good! And thank you waitress Anisha for the great service! Thank you.
It's part of Novotel hotel. Breakfast buffet is good, tho it gets ery crowded coz of limited space and availability of food and service also suffers due to that. Dinner buffet is an disappointment, below average. Waste of money. Cold dishes, taste and variety are no way near acceptable level.
My recent dining experience at Novotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. We had high expectations given the hotel's reputation, but several aspects fell short. First and foremost, the food quality was subpar. We found the dishes to be bland and lacking the flavors we were hoping for. Though the presentation was appealing, but it was clear that little effort had been put into preparing the meals. Moreover, the service was painfully slow. we had to wait an inordinate amount of time for our orders. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, which added to our frustration. To make matters worse, we were unpleasantly surprised to find that the buffet options had only vegetarian options. Even in the Veg option lot of Jain variety were there instead of Regular Veg options. Then we had a conversation with the restaurant manager and he agreed to prepare some nom veg dishes. Overall, the dining experience at Novotel was far from satisfactory. The combination of Average food quality, slow service, and unexpected changes to the menu resulted in a meal that was disappointing at best. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their dining services.
Overall experience was average!! They kept everything very clean and hygienic , 5 stars for cleanliness and behaviour of staff but there is a lot of work needs to be done on food It was Lunch buffet and food was literally tasteless.. I was expecting a lot better taste but it was whole bunch of disappointment. We had to complain for taste of food and fortunately chef himself showed up and he offered us whole specifically cooked curry with spices for us and we thank you for it !!
Novotel buffet is good but not up to mark as they have variety of foods but need lots of improvements like buttermilk is literally hot and some other veg options need to added. Sweets are really good we really enjoyed that.
Nice presentation of the food. Starters were new and healthy too. Lots of options available in dessert too with ice creams. Main meal like paneer subji and sarso da saag was good. Mung dal halwa was a show stealer. Even cake was good and yummy. Food was overall satisfactory and has mild taste too. Ambience was not that great just like a simple restaurant. There was live music too which was played on sitar. Tea and coffee bar available.
Menu options: 8/10 Ambience: 7/10 Food: 9/10 Shivkumarji helped us through the menu and stuff pretty well. Quality of food was proper. Dinning tables and stuff needs an upgrade. Rest you would never get disappointed with the food.
Food is pathetic 1) 2 Portions of Hummus with extra salt and no smoothness 2) No pita bread was served ( When asked and served it was like breaking a stone ) 3) Shake or milk couldn't make out 4) Balushahi looks and feels like it is made 2-3 days back. Not at all soft. 5) Soup - What to say 6) Only vegetable were fines ( Raw vegetables as nothing has to be done there ) Honestly worst food ever had in accor or novotel.
