However, the service leaves much to be desired. The staff, particularly the manager, seemed indifferent to customer concerns, and the overall service quality was poor. Despite this, the excellent food and relaxing atmosphere make it worth a visit--just be prepared for less-than-ideal service.

Pathetic Experience ! Seriously Bad Time we had here. The Captain have Zero knowledge about the Dishes they have . No trained Staff , Bad Service and Pathetic food . They even don't know the dishes they serve . We asked for a Special Galouti kebab which usually is Pan Fried and also the same mentioned in their Menu. They brought us Dahi ke Kebab and when complaint they said , ' Hamare Yaha aise hi Milta hai ' then we said what about Pan Fried and This is deep Fried , They said ' Menu mei galat Likha hai ' . I am attaching photos with this review . The people will understand what Galouti means and what Dahi ke kebab means . Highly priced dishes still not serving well Seriously crazzy people with No Service , we have to call them 3 times then they use to come . Food Quality is very very bad . This restaurant is running just because of Atmosphere as it's beside the Canal . Do not visit this place if you don't want to spoil your evening . No sense at all .

Recently came here to The Waterside. It's got amazing atmosphere and calm atmosphere. Seating arrangements and interior is also good. Coming to the main part food; yes it's good. Tried their Punjabi cusines and starters. Punjabi food is good. It has got ample of parking space. Went on weekends but there was no as such rush. So if you are finding rush in Ahmedabad drive a bit and come to this beautiful restaurant at Adalaj. Recommend a visit with friends or family.

Restaurant is well maintained and really good. Ambience and the support of staff is also excellent but somewhere and somewhat still there is some space for improvement like some food need to improve like pizza. Must try pink sauce pasta

One of the best place in Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar for celebrating Valentines Day. You can book a Private Table and there are many types of Private Tables are available on different different price range. You can join unlimited buffet too to celebrate the day. Food is delicious and continental food is also available. all staff members including manager and guards are soft by heart.

If you want to waste your money visit Waterside restaurant, we have spend almost 9k its all waste. Food taste was worst both quality n quantity was even worst. Services was so bad to bring just 1water bottle its take 10/15min. Never visit waterside even if its worlds last restaurant.

Waterside is under construction, we went to the garden restaurant Piparade which serves candle light dinner. Atmosphere and Service were on point. Food quality was good but they can improvise the taste. The taste of the pina colada drink was fantastic. Olive garlic naan fell short of expectations, as it turned out soggy and lacked flavor.
