The Belgian Waffle Co

While I have eaten at various Belgian waffles in many cities, this one thoroughly disappointed me. Attached picture is an example of the waffle I got after 2 hours- a burnt one and runny liquid on it rather than creamy consistency of a chocolate. Considering it is the National waffle day today, I expected a wait time and was ok with it, the customer service is very poor. While I was waiting there waiting for my order, people with token/bill numbers much later than me were given their orders, so I asked them why am I not given my order?. .I was given various excuses including that we will give whichever is ready and one of your orders can be made only on its own machine and hence it is not ready. I have 2 questions for The Belgian Waffle higher ups- if the orders are going to be given out as they are made, what is the need of a token number because logically token number are there so that orders are made accordingly, especially when you are expecting a rush. Second question - if Red velvet has its own machine, should not it be ready with other orders because I was there for quite a long time and nobody was really ordering Red velvet. If this is representative of the kind of service The Belgian Waffle provides, I would rather eat my waffles elsewhere and would not advise anyone to go there because who knows if they knowingly burnt my waffle because I asked questions. Thoroughly disappointed.

One of the best place to have waffle in Ankleshwar. We have tried many of their waffles as well as mini pancakes which are just yum! People in Ankleshwar should definitely visit this place for a yumilicious treat to your mouth! Highly recommend their triple chocolate waffle and Nutella pancake!

I loved his waffles a lot. I had tried mostly all waffles from there menu..my husband used to order 4-6 waffles every week.so obviously it's taste is awesome then only. I believe it's service industry some customers should keep patience.because sometimes error happen. But not everyone.

Never visit Belgian waffles, Ankleshwar. There staff just sat their to fool customer and there manager just offering free waffles to hide their issues. So be careful and check before receiving your parcel because they are saying different and delivering different waffles I want to give 0 star but there is no option for that.

Pros: Good taste. Seriously good taste. Lucky are people of Ankleshwar to have such a high end place here. The name of dishes totally justify the taste. Cons: Comparatively small dine-in area. The staff could have been more interactive with kids coming to the outlet. Kids like a place wherein the staff sets up a talkative experience for kid customers. Nothing missed in this area , but yes definitely a scope of improvement. A pricy place. A gentle slashing of prices can make this place a regular sitting for many. All in all a fabulous experience. Kudos to the team.

Undoubtedly delecious. This place is really hygienic, nicely decorated and staff is very friendly. If we talk about the taste I dont think that I need to tell you about that coz if you know Belgian Waffle then u must be knowing the reason and for those who havnt yet tried it I will suggest you to try rest all the questions will be answered automatically. This was the first time I visited TBW (Ank) because of covid but as soon as I stepped in what I saw that both the staff is same which were in TBW (BH). They both are very friendly and humble. My personal Fav is : Chochlate Overload (DARK)

Earlier taste and food was nice. Now quality of waffle is poor. Also not using enough chocolate as per cost they charge.
